 I have to say I hate Ke$ha I do not like her music I believe she is copying Gaga's style she even said she was BI She is also biting off French pop star Uffie who does what she does better. I hope she just goes away I cant believe people are saying Gaga is old news. Ke$ha has good beats that is it she can't sing live for the life of her saw her on Alexa Chung horrible people really need to stop using autotone to cover their bad voices.she also just talk sings. I seen Gaga twice and she does sing live wonderfully and puts her all into the performance. Lol sorry about my rant but its upsetting .What do you guys think?

There's a difference between deriving a style or being influenced and just completely biting someone's style. There have been plenty of artists and each and every one of them have been influenced by another in some way. Not everything you see will be completely original.

She is doing her thing I like a couple of the songs on the cd like kiss and tell and take it off. I can see some similarites but I dunno she will be the kind of artist that either will have staying power or will fade away

Ke$ha is more of a wild rockish in-your-face WOOOOHOHOOO style that rocks.
Lady GaGa is more fashin, style, pop beats with an amazing preformance.
They both rock, but GaGa wins.
(I'm addicted to Ke$ha's 'TiK ToK' song!!!!!!)

Lol sorry about my rant but its upsetting .What do you guys think? when people sing in different enviroments it can affect there voices ive see lady gaga on tv singin on the ellen show(my mum had it on)it didnt sound very good but when she was singing and playin a piano she sounded great it just depends where ur singin or if ur confident.

Eh, There's so many people you could say that are 'ripping off' Lady Gaga, but really her influence is so great that many artist have had to change their musical style just to keep up with her(sell albums). If you've noticed that all pop music has become more dance-pop oriented rather than hip/hip oriented. I find it quite amazing. :]
But I really don't think Kesha is ripping off or copying anyone. She's doing her own thing and it may sound similar, but really most electronic pop dance music sounds similar.
I think people need to stop worrying about who's copying who and enjoy what it is.

Ugh there is no comparison to Lady Gaga when it comes to Ke$ha. Lady Gaga has been quite superior in the music biz but now Ke$ha is toping her on iTunes at least. I detest it, I find that Kesha cannot sing and looks dirty in a bad way. I'm sorry to those who are fans of her but only some of Kesha's lyrics are even good too.

In my opinion Kesha isn't very talented and lacks in originality. I don't like her music, but i also don't hate her.I heard something similar, the press calling her "The Next Lady Gaga". she doesn't remind me of Gaga in the slightest way and the only way i could make since of the statement was by think they meant she is going to blow up this year. Just as Gaga owned last year. But i don't really know I image Kesha being a future on hit wonder.

Lillian Lollypop In my opinion Kesha isn't very talented and lacks in originality. I agree with you. Kesha seems forgettable and I can't stand her song Tik Tok (it's very overplayed). But that's just my opinion.

Ok, I think Ke$ha is inspired by Lady Gaga to Have her own Style. Lady Gaga does Her Thing with her High Fashion. And Ke$ha is inspired to nto be the same like just other hollywood people, Her style is more trashy and she said it was rocker mixed with rough neck. And their music is totally different!!! Dont you hear it? They sound completely different. Idk why people compare artists anyway. They are just two people trying to make it in the business. I actually like Lady Gaga AND Ke$ha. And why do people always think someone is copying someone else. Just like with Christina and Lady Gaga. People always have to compare and be mean.
-They Both have their own separate style
-Their music sounds NOTHING alike
-Lady Gaga obiviously has more talent but still, she has a unique kind of voice
-Lady Gaga seems more mature, and Ke$ha seems like she is targetting on teens sorta since her music sounds sorta teen-ish like "Kiss and Tell" "Backstabber"
