Hydro walked slowly feeling her hooves getting heavy from the constant tracking through the land. She had no idea where she was going to stay since she was new to these parts. They were warmer most of the time making her sick usually and she missed the arctic winds that chilled her body down. She loved walking miles in the white covered lands and for some reason it didn't tire her out. Being here, he feet hurt sometimes from the different terrain, but that is when she rested up the best she could.
Snorting a bit, she walked further on before stepping out into a meadow with flowers everywhere. She rarely saw flowers where she came from except when her father brought them back from his adventures. She missed those days. The family she lost and the family she will never have again bothered her a lot. Sighing heavily, she walked more into the meadow looking around some seeing little insects flutter around on the flowers making her smile a little bit. She spent years pushing all of her emotions to the back of her mind leaving a shell behind. Now it was cracking. Her emotions wanted to break free from such a prison. Though it would take awhile for that to happen she was beginning to feel a little bit like herself from her childhood. It wasn't by a lot, but it was definitely there.
Nudging one of the flowers with her muzzle, she watched it fly up into the sky making her give a sad sigh. Sometimes she wished she could just fly away like that. Fly away from her pain and loneliness.
