I Cry

The stars are shinning bright tonight
a crescent moon has shaped the sky
the grass is wet by the midnight rain
you can't see my tears when I cry

I hug my knees to my chest
no one around, nothing to find
my eyes are closed and I don't know why
This is the night I cry

Sapphire tears are falling free
from my eyes and down my cheeks
I feel so cold, no one to see
but wheres the key?

My broken heart is locked up tight
I hid myself from people's sight
All the peices are broken apart
My icey heart has turned white

In miday, the day is hot here down at the ocean,
I'm walking hand in hand with my love
and the only sound i can here, are the crashing waves.
We walk slowly, our bare feet touching the warm sand,
we look up to see a bright star, the sun.
And now the deep blue sea, will play our song.

The dolphins will come out to play, they sing a song
while swimming around in the ocean.
Without a single care in the world, they play in the sun.
We litsen to our song of pure untainted love.
Finally, we sit down, on the soft, dry sand,
as we watch the huge roaring waves.

He looks so deep in thought as he smiles at the waves.
He closes his eyes and litsens to the song
of the sea. His feet burried in the sand.
He takes my hand with the gentlest touch, the ocean
sparkles with happiness at our love.
I watch him carefully, his cheeks grew warm like the sun.

He takes another good glance at the bright sun,
as the water comes and touches our feet. The waves
can't even comprehend the untainted love
that we share. He looks at my ocean
blue eyes; he gives me a smile and he cups some sand

in his hand. His fist lifts up and the sand
slips through his fingers. Our hearts grew warm like the sun.
Everything soon fell silent, nothing could me heard but the ocean,
as we could hear the tossing, turning, and thunderous waves.
I could hear some angels sing a special song,
as he leans over and places a kiss of love

on my lips. A kiss so sweet, so friendly, I could feel his love
as it warmed our hearts. The small pebbles of sand
sat under us; and birds fly around with the chirpings of a song.
He smiles a warm smile and he holds me as close as he could. The sun
sparkles as it sinks below the crashing waves
horizon. And the moon now replaced it. The night turns everything to a peaceful ocean.

Here we are with our special song of pure and untainted love,
that calms the ocean, and cools the sand.
That bright sun that once was has gone out. All we hear, is the roaring waves.
