"It didn't," Eli said, with a shrug. In fact, even just remembering being told made him color; he supposed it would've been embarrassing in from of anyone, but fainting in front of Seth was a lot better than fainting in front of his sister. But it was once again his own nerves and emotions playing up and he was starting to feel a bit dizzy really...
"Oh, for goodness' sake, Eli, she's not going to bite you or anything." Eli froze, and glanced over his shoulder, only to have his worst fears confirmed--
Elti had indeed finally decided to show herself to one of Eli's siblings. As usual, she favored her almost Hyte looking projection, appearing as a young teenage girl of about fifteen, with short layered silvery hair, faunish downturned ears that appeared to be covered in fluff, and a fluffy doglike tail curling up in the back. Eli was slightly alarmed to see Elti had bothered to manifest her horns, which tightly curled around just above her ears--before Elti pushed his side back to face his sister.
"Eli left the Cottage. He's staying here for now. That wasn't so hard, was it?""Elti," was all he managed to squeak out.
"Get a handle on what you're projecting or you'll just end up hurting yourself again," Elti clarified in a soft voice, putting a hand on Eli's shoulder as she leaned in to speak this in his ear.
Eli took a deep breath, let it out, and faced his sister ruefully.
"Elti's right. Um...Noe, this is Elti." She's a world dragon? No, that didn't seem quite right to say...
