Hello VR! What a wonderful time of the year! The winter has brought Village Rebellion. It is snowing! Every village is now covered in snow, lakes have frozen over, and beaches are pretty cold now a days. The only village that actually is unaffected, is The Village Hidden in the Sand, for it is simply to hot to snow over there! During these days, Water Users are at an advantage for these days! Fire is at a loss though. Lightning Users Rejoice! Lot's of water mean lots of possibilities for shocking events! Earth Users are at a loss as well, lots of water isn't too good for them. Wind users get a bit of a bonus, bad weather usually means lots of high winds, adding to their attacks. So go, enjoy yourselves and start a snowball fight or something!
Bonuses:
•Water - Water attacks are stronger by 1 Rank
•Wind - Wind attacks are stronger by 1 Rank
Weaknesses:
•Fire - Fire attacks decrease by 1 Rank
•Earth Attacks Decrease by 1 Rank

Since there is no additional precipitation in the village of sand, shouldn't fire jutsu gain a rank in potency due to the increase of wind?

Lol... what about Hyouton bloodline characters... HYOUTON GETS A BOOST FROM THIS AS WELL!! SWEET! NOW I CAN BARRAGE THE MIZUKAGE'S OFFICE WITH SNOWBALLS!! ^_^... when I get my character approved and his bloodline unlocked.... EDIT: Also... that picture is sooooooooo cute ^_^
