Not many things match that hair, so I suggest you change the color.
Another thing, many of the items just don't go well with other items so it doesn't flow well.
It seems like you just put on items that are cute
and don't look at the avi as a whole.

I tekteked this trying to keep your style
but creating a flow to it
the edges arn't so jagged and it matches better

Add some red trims in there. It'll make the eye's look more integrated.

With seriousness, if you're looking for a change, Razy's post with the Rapunzel hair looks really nice.
