I might be asking this question for the 'nth' time, but I'm new to lolita. I've studied it enough and I know what I want to dress up as, but I need to buy the outfit. I've read from the other posts and I know that ITS is closing and Anna House is a great place. Has anybody shopped from Violet Candy or Lolita Angel Baby?
your feedback will be so helpful!

Lolita Baby Angel is only good for their shoes. Candy Violet is nice and mostly very well made, but a bit quirky for some pieces.

Yeah, I'll agree with you on the shoes for Lolita Baby Angel. And what do you mean for Candy Violet? oh, and how about Anna House? I keep reading a lot of great review from them.

Anna House has some of the best offbrand blouses out there. I don't own their other pieces, so I couldn't say. I've seen a few in person, and they seem nice, but their skirts and dresses are not lined most of the time. So. It's mostly up to you and how you feel about that. The construction is nice, however, and the materials are mostly good.
Some of their lace makes me cringe on an aesthetic level, but their quality is fine.
About CV, I mean that some of the pieces are hard to coordinate for most beginners. They're not "typical" lolita in that a few skirts have dropped waists, or odd colors.

I don't know if I can really advise you, since I don't have any loli clothes yet xP, but if you really like lolita then I'd get the poof petti from ITS while you can. A lot of people have said that it's even better than pettis from places like Baby the Stars Shine Bright, and it's much much cheaper. c:

Thanks! Yeah, I went to their website when I heard that they were closing to see what I can find. And I even showed my mum too, but she told me that if I buy a petticoat, I would like to puffy b/c of my body shape. sad but i loved their remaining clothes! But I agree with you, it's awesome and I still haven't bought my lolita outfit yet. sweatdrop still saving up. 3nodding

Candy Violet is great and Anna house is expensive. Either way, they are both great brands.

DIZZaster DOLLie Candy Violet is great and Anna house is expensive. Either way, they are both great brands. Anna House's prices are in HKD. A blouse from them exchanges to about 30 United States dollars. ^^;; By lolita standards, that's pretty darn cheap.
