The Great Hall The Great Hall, one of the largest rooms in the Castle. This enormous room joins with the Entrance Hall, and as such this will be the first room that one will enter. Off the Western corridor leading away from the Great hall, one will find that it leads to the Royal Chapel. And off the Eastern corridor one will find the Ballroom.

Issildia moved silently to the Great Hall where candles flickered brightly on the stone walls. The Great fire place at the forefront of the room burned fiercely, lighting the room with a warm glow. "I should not be here" she said to herself as she slid into a gilded chair to give herself time to think. Tren was not far behind, she had to find a way to throw him off her trail, just being around her would bring him into dangers path.

Tren made his way into the great hall looking around for issildia until he saw her sitting at a chair near the fireplace. Walking over he sat in the chair oppsite her's and looked at her as the firelight danced across her face.
"so are you going to tell me something I will belive? or am I just going to have to assume that you really are here to kill your father..."
He asked looking right at her as he sat in the chair

((I know I posted after you, but Daria's supposed to go through here before you sit down. Sorry, I got left behind at the other thread.)) Once in the Great Hall, she kept edging along the wall in the shadows, her childhood escapades coming to mind. Hearing others enter the rather large room, she clung even closer to the wall and heightened her efforts to walk as silently as she could. Before long she'd reached the end opposite end and decided to enter the corridor to the right, or was it called east when you were rich and well to do? Seeing no one, her pace quickened, her blue-tinted plastic heels tapping against the floor the only sound. The hallway soon opened up into a large room, and from what Daria could tell, it was a room to be danced in.

"Assume what you will human" said Issildia, her blue eyes seemed to flare slightly. "For it would be to your benefit if you did as your parents asked and remained at the party."
It was slowly becoming apparent that Issildia was not what one would call human. "My kind will not hesitate to kill one of your kind, Tren it would be best if you knew little more than that."

"Don't call me human...."
Tren said standing up, he was starting to get a little annoyed at her
"And I'll be damed if I'm going back there to those idots and socicalites unless it's to beat the liveing hell out of them. and on another note I'm starting to get fed up with this holyer-then-thou attitude you've been giveing me"

Jan_Tanner "Don't call me human...." Tren said standing up, he was starting to get a little annoyed at her "And I'll be damed if I'm going back there to those idots and socicalites unless it's to beat the liveing hell out of them. and on another note I'm starting to get fed up with this holyer-then-thou attitude you've been giveing me" At his comment Issildia's wrist flicked slightly, it seemed as something was now in her hand, suddenly her wrist flicked outward again but with more force behind the movement. A slender knife no longer than Issildia's palm suddenly shot past Tren's ear, leaving a slight cut that caused no more than a single drop of blood to leave it. "Sit down Tren." Issildia said solemnly, "You are letting your anger get the better of you again." She said all of this calmly, as though she had never thrown the knife. Though her words still held a silent threat.

Very much the showoff, Mishell entered the room as quietly as he could, ducking past another butler and out of the way of a couple trifling at a table. Further, he passed, until finally he was admitted to the east wing. Judging by the overhanging chandeliers of elegant design, and the polished floor upon which he now stood, amongst the flowing music of cello, violin, and piano, Mishell accurately assesed the room as the grand ballroom.
({ Continued in the ballroom, presumably. })

Tren stood rooted on the spot his fist clenched in anger. He knew he should be worried, she seemed to have a lot more skill than himself and alot better concentration but his body refused to listen to reason. He stood there stareing at her as he felt his hands begin to hurt from holding them so tightly. Slowly he closed his eyes and sighed quietly, unclenching his hands, and sat back down in his chair.
"I'm not threating you... or am I trying to save my pride right now..." He said through clenched teeth "But I am warning you... the last time someone angered me to that extent I took out half my parnets hedge maze... So I am asking nicely person to what ever you consider yourself... can you please be a little more civil and not talk down to me... I don't want to have another incident like before"

(((lol I told you Issildia was a bit on the cold/detached side, and a bit independent. lol))))
"Like before?" said Issildia, now smirking slightly, "If you call that an incident then you have utterly no idea who you are dealing with Tren."
Issildia then turned to look into the fire, "But it would be better if you did not, so we will leave it at that."
She then stood and turned to leave.

Tren watched her stand up and head away his hands gripping the chair, suddenly he let go and stood up grinning
"well then... I guess I should let you enlighten me."
He said smileing and following after her, the rage was gone as he began to realize what she was doing. He moved to the side of her and smiled.
"so then tell me about yourself"
(( xp can't be indipendant when Tren gets into his annoying phase... lol your in for one hell of an annoying ride xp ))

(((So it begins, a contest of wills lol xd )))
Issildia arched an eyebrow at his reaction, "It would be best if you knew nothing,"
She continued to walk, and instead of following the Nobles that were filtering into the ballroom Issildia turned West to enter a dim corridor that led towards the Chapel.
She could sense them, one was her father and the other very familiar but it was nothing more than a fading aura, they had long since left the Chapel. Still Issildia continued onward, perhaps she may yet find clues as to why her Father was here. She had yet to see him, and part of her hoped that it stayed that way. For even now she still feared him.
Finally they entered the Chapel, they now stood on the third and highest floor of it. Issildia stepped over to the edge of the gallery that looked down into the main room of the chapel. "Already gone" she said to herself.

As Streak entered he caught a glance of Issildia. "Issildia? Here? That can only mean one thing." Streak ran on ahead after her. He went up the staircase to the chapel.

Tren walking into the great hall and headed over to his seat watching Issildia get her dagger from before and make some sort of threat towards him "Your still giveing me that holyer-than-thou attitude you know..." Tren said pulling up a foot rest and laying back in the chair "I prefer to resever judgement until I actually see you in combat... as far as I know you thorugh that dagger at my head and just missed." Tren added looking at the fire

Streak walked up to Issildia and the human. "He's near Issildia. I can sense his power over yours. And it's not just your father." Streak whispered to her. He then looked to the human. "And who are you?" Streak asked.
