A sun filled coastal city edged by a cliff before getting to the shore line. Even with some neighborhoods looking shotty, people still come down from the states and all over Mexico to enjoy succulent lobster for a low low price. The people are nice, and everyone is working hard to make an honest living, but beware of the water... something seriously is in it, order bottled water for your own safety.

Eli walked back up to the hotel, his wet suit unzipped down to his waist, he tipped the doorman. He'd been here about a month on vacation. He enjoyed the sun and the surf. The water was warmer down here than from his home town, but, his home town of Huntington Beach had much much better waves.
Entering his room, he set up his board and changed. With his hair still wet he walked out of the hotel and strolled the streets, trying to figure out something he could do other than surf, eat tacos or lobster. He fumbled with his phone contemplating buying a ticket back to the states.

Eli sat down at the Cantina where the bartender knew him by the quirky mixed drinks he ordered, 3/4 vodka and 1/4 Pina Colada, or his personal favorite, 3/4 Black Pearl, an insanely strong energy drink, and a 1/4 vodka.
With out him even ordering, the bartender slid a, what appeared to be, watered down milk. Eli grasped it as it slid into his hand. The beverage inside sloshed as the energy from the push still stirred the drink. "Fellas, after tonight, I am going to say adios. I will be headed out for a while, but don't you forget, you will always be my favorite cantina!" The staff and usuals cheered. The bar tender leaned over and asked where Eli was going.
"Not really sure, I'm thinking either New York or San Francisco. I've traveled just about all over the world, but I've yet to go to either of those places. They seem like they'd be filled with priss cakes who'd sue for millions because I scuffed their shoe, then more when they realize who my father is." He pulled out a coin. "New York has amazing Pizza I hear, but San Fran has amazing fish and chinese food... but I love pizza." At once all those at the bar cheered and raised their glasses, as did Eli, and they all cheered. "C'mon boys, tonight, everything is on me!" Again a cheer rang out and everyone gathered around Eli, "Oh master of the Cantina, may I share my wealth with these men, and tonight we feast!" he exclaimed drinking the rest of his custom concoction. They all gathered in a corner and their night began.
After several hours of partying, Eli wrote a blank check, several thousand pesos, but somewhere around maybe only a thousand in US Dollars, Eli filled it out and left. They all began seeing a song in Spanish, a farewell song, the Mariatchi playing and he gave an off handed wave, "Till nexshtime boyzz." He said stumbling out, drunk off his a**. He went to the airport completely forgetting about his hotel room and left to New York. "Pizza and... Taxis, here I come!" He said as he sat on the air plane and fell asleep drunk.
