Try Snow Witch (Crown) over that hat.
Also, while looking through Tektek, I saw a few other items that could work, with or without that hat. Check them out here:
Just look through the equipped items on the right. Most are hidden, so just try out combinations of those if you want. Things like the Blue Striper Helmet could be used alone.
