 It had been months but that didn't really stop her from reverting to that shy girl that had once roamed no further then the little clearing she called home. It was by all means his fault that she retreated so far back in to this clearing and now, with the winters fall she tread lightly around the clearing to see the many things that had changed since that day. Blinking away a few tears she sniffed the air, it was crisp and cool it was refreshing on so many levels. As she smiled for the first time in what seemed like ages she felt a soft rush of air. It was gentle and soft like the snow around her feet. Perhaps today, things would be different...Looking back upon her clearing she nodded. Today would indeed be a new beginning. There was no sense being locked up any more she would find her way and slowly rebuild what he had taken.

Accalon had been exploring and discovering new soquili.Different kinds.But mostly he had been around his family.Just getting out into the new snowwy world he ran happily through the snow.Running past the pond he once slipped on before.Noticing a black and purple figure just like him,he watched it as he ran.Hopefully he wouldn't run into anymore ice.Keeping his grey colored eyes on the figure he tripped over his own hooves and rolled down the hill.

Looking at the shadow rolling down the hill she stepped back slightly as the shadow fell in front of her, looking down at the soquili in front of her she gently prods him.
"Uh...that looked slightly painful...are you okay?"
She was slightly amused at this stallion.

Looking up from his horrible fall,he was near the purple and black figure.Feeling her nudge,he blushed slightly."I...I...um..."He couldn't speak."I'm...a...alright."He said softly as he stood near her.Staring into her goldish yellow eyes he smiled."I just seen purple and black figure alone by itself.Now,i'm beside you."Thinking about it he responded."You were that figure."Accalon looked at her hair and markings.

Seeing him blush she giggled slightly, her gems around her eyes and hooves seemed to sparkle quickly and brightly.
"I see...did you uh...think I could have been some big scary monster before you decided you wanted to stand by my side?"
She giggled softly as she looked him over. Smiling at him she nodded,
"Well Im glad that I have some company this fine day...my name is Lucinda...what's yours?"

Laughing he nudged her."Psh.You be a monster,nah.You just reminded me of my mother was all,she's purple,with black hair and thunder markings as you can see."Accalon smiled and watched her.Her smile was bright,beautiful."Its a pleasure.Accalon,But do call me Calon.Or if you want to you may give me a nickname if you wish."

"Your mother?"
She tilted her head to the side looking slightly confused. Mothers wasn't a thing she really understood even though she was one. Smiling at his tripping over thoughts she felt at ease.
"It's very refreshing to meet someone that isn't..."
Thinking for her word choice carefully without blasting the poor stallion with all her problems.
"Someone that isn't charming and then gone...you are a refreshing breath of air is what I mean...Calon..."
Musing slightly,
"I like your name Accalon..."

"Yeah...I'm sorry.Your colors just mixed together,and i though you were her.I haven't seen her within a couple days,because I've been gone."Calon smiled and laughed lightly."Charming and gone?oh!Well I think I get what you mean.I've been through alot myself,but not that kind of hurt.But i understand somewhat."Sighing he blushed a bit more at her comment."Thank you Luci,Do you mind if I call you that?"

Lucinda felt a small pull when he mentioned hurt. Trying to push it out of her mind she mused at the nickname,
"Luci? Hmm...I've never had a nickname before."
Thinking for a while, then nodding in approval,
"Yeah I like it..."
Nuzzling him slightly,
"You sure you didn't hurt yourself in that fall? I always wonder about Stallions that are a bit on the suave side...you might be trying to hide other motives..."
Lucinda winced slightly after saying that, she felt so relaxed around him it wasn't probably a good thing though.
"I I didn't mean it that way..I mean..."
Her gems glowing brightly as if she was blushing.

Lucinda blinked a few times over, and felt a little bad about her comment,
"Uh...Accalon...I...I'm sorry I said that...I didn't mean it...I mean..."
Blinking again,
"Hey wait! I'm not uneasy around you!"
Looking him over for the first time since actually meeting him, he wasn't that bad to look at. Shaking her head again, trying to get those ideas out of her head.
"I just understand stallions is all..."

Wincing knowing that she had hurt him she sighed softly and nuzzled at him lightly,
"what I mean is...well...you see..."
Trying to find the right words were hard but perhaps it would be good to just let it all spill out.
"You see...there was a stallion I knew...he was...like you...well not entirely like you but enough like you for me to be weary...he wasn't what you would call sweet but he had the ability to charm. If that makes sense...he was nice to me atleast...and well he...he promised he'd protect me..."
Looking down mumbling something about how stallions lie she winced again,
"lets just say...all the stallions I've ever come to meet have...well in some way or another come to hurt me...so I just assume all stallions are the same...but..."
Smiling genuinely this time,
"maybe you might change my mind?"

"You don't need to be afraid of all stallions.Believe me,they aren't all the same."Calon stared at her his eyes a little soft."I'm not the type to hurt someone...."Thinking about his past,he had hated it."I don't ever plan to hurt someone again..."Tears went down his face just thinking about what he had done when he was a foal."Hopefully i can...and you can make me stronger..."

She could tell that she hit a cord, and felt bad about doing so.
"I..I'm sorry..."
Whimpering slightly, she wasn't sure what she could do to fix the trouble she must have started. Nuzzling him once again,
"I...I would think that...well you couldn't hurt anyone...you just...your eyes seem to just bring a sense of calmness..."
