These are the available characters that members of the guild may claim. There is only ONE person per character so as to not cause confusion. Also, once you choose a character, you cannot change because then it wouldn't be fair to others.
And if you want to be a Crew member, you MUST select a character!

No, you can be any character you want if you're crew. It's all first-come, first-serve and all that.
