I've owned the original DOOM since it was new. Back in my day, we didn't have any of these new-fangled things you call "polygons" that made things you call "3D effects".
Man, Doom has ALWAYS kicked a**.
I've owned DOOM3 for about seven months, now, and I LOVE online Co-op (Xbox). I'm getting the Resurrection of Evil expansion thingy for Christmas.
CHAINSAWS, MOTHA ********!

I want to play Doom3 so badly. Except I don't got the money and I barely have time to scoot to blockbuster.

Do I have Xbox Live? Hell YEAH I do! There's no other way to play some games, if you ask me (take Halo 2, for example*)
RofE has the double-barrelled shotgun, I found out! YES! I loved that in Doom II!
Man, the level where there are imps suspended in tanks . . . And one of them moves really suddenly and smacks the tank . . . I first saw that level on Xbox Live. My partner (I'd had the game for about two hours) told me to look at it. Okay, I'm expecting something . . . But nothing happens. Right as I'm about to look away, it ******** smacks the tank.
Now, bear in mind that it was about eleven PM, dark, silent, and I play with my PC Speakers. My PC speakers consist of a subwoofer and two tall-standing speakers, which I place right behind either side of my head on the back of the couch.
The Volume was up.
Nothing happens.
Nothing happens.
Nothing happens.
I start to turn.
BAM!
Scared the s**t out of me, and I'm the kind of guy that never jumps at anything.
*Seriously, Halo 2 takes up 95% of my Xbox gaming. It's rockin' on Live.
Speaking of Live, my gamertag is Mehtroid Master.

That scene got me to. Except on Xbox Live, see I have surround sound and i was looking for a scare. From previous engagments I have never been scared. The tank though ******** scared me shitless. Then we had a hay day with a Hellknight lol. Halo 2 had made a DOOM game type including zombies and Hell Knights. I made it too...Xbox live rules, though i've been shunted due to broken controller and mike, as well as a bitchy brother. The gamertag, is the "h" supposed to be there or is that part of it, see sometimes people miss spell gamertags. Pisses me off really.

Yes, it's correct. About five years ago, I was a Metroid freak (and hey, it's still all good). "Meh" was a saying of mine.
Slap them together . . . Mehtroid!
I've created some pretty popular game times over the ages. Some are just popular with my friends and haven't spread very far, but others . . .
You know that "Fight Club" mode? My doing. I created it and it spread like fire in an orphanage.

I do not know that "fight Club" mode. Don't expect me to know...anyway...Metroid Prime is a dman good game. Aside from some people complaining Samus was a girl, she was a bad-a**. Especially in Metroid Prime: Echoes. Kick a**...great game actually. Difficult but great! biggrin

Some people . . . Jeeze, I can't believe that there are still complaints about her gender . . . Those people are so ignorant . . . I've been playing Metroid since I was about six (1994). Still have the cartridge on NES, too.
I haven't beat Echoes, just yet. I received it for Christmas last year . . . But that was the same time I received Halo 2, too . . . You do the math. I just now got the power bombs.

Niiiiiccce... I beat it and i'll tell you, even on Normal mode, it's hard! I keep dieing in many places, cause you enter darkworld right, and there's a boss you face and there's no health orbs until the boss breaks the pillars. Which you have to direct him. Took me like 12 times to beat him finally. Then the last boss, I finally win, and I can't figure out how to beat the last fight with Dark Samus in 8 minutes. There's a timer and you need to escape before it reaches zero. Finally I figure it out...you have to collect phazon that he fires and collect it into your normal beam setting that is fully charged and hold it for a while before firing a blue beam. Which is cool to watch just like in Metroid one. Believe later on, theres' like a huge boss on all fours who is hard to beat. Last temple and that took me a while. You'll need a hint or cheat sight for that battle, isn't easy to figure out. At least not the last boss, I couldn't figure out what to do. Ok...I wrote to much...sorry if I spoiled it.

The one with the pillars was the boost ball boss. I already beat that one. Only took a couple of tries. The four-legged one is the one I'm almost at, and it's the mechanoid boss. The boss that REALLY pissed me off was the spider ball boss. Thing just annoyed me because it seemed so simple, yet I died at it several times. With that exception, I really haven't died a terrible amount. It's a fun game . . . Though Halo 2 and its fast pace just keep dragging me back . . . I love my Team Slayer . . .

Oh the mechanoid guy. Heh...he's hard to figure out. But it mostly consistes of an Omega Pirate battle. Blow the kneecaps and so on. Then when he falls down his head detaches and you have to...I forget but disable him just above a spider track. Then go up and bomb ball off and onto the top of the head while using spide to stay on. Then plant a bomb, or super bomb, I think you have it then. I had every upgrade though and I still had trouble. Like the Dark Missile and the Sun Missile. Everything, it's just hard. Now hard mode...ugh...that was a nightmare. Truly a nightmare.
