how to tell her that become a bi is wrong?
And Bi is a sin right?

Being bi isn't a sin in itself, but sexual acts outside of marriage are, and being bi could lead to those, just the same as being straight could. Looking at someone "lustfully" is also wrong (Matthew 5).

Well no, being tempted by anything isn't wrong as long as you don't act on those temptations. Sexual sins are tricky though, because looking at anyone "lustfully" is a sin, and that's basically where temptation starts. Matthew 5:27-28 27"You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.'[e] 28But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Being bi isn't something someone can change on their own, so I don't think it's a sin. Not unless having ginger hair is a sin...

Engaging in adultery or homosexual intercourse, which would be the case for a sexually active bisexual, is a sin. Having temptations isn't, but acting on those temptations and/or lusting after others certainly is.

Alas, one of my favorite verses: 1 Corinthians 10:13 (New International Version) 13No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.
