I have been thinking about this for a while now. I thought it would be cool to put modern day technology into good use, and make a mixed CD of "gay pride" songs, or songs that have gay themes to them.

I need you guys and gals is suggustions for songs to include on this CD!

Songs I have so far:
Believe - Cher
All the Things She Said - t.A.T.u
It's Raining Men - Geri Halliwell (her rendition of the weather girls clasic)
Material Girl - Madonna
Danceing Queen - Abba


And I may have 1 or 2 others but I can't remember what they are.... sweatdrop

i enjoy either classical or rock
and a few others...but yah
i dont like pop or rap or any of that.
and i dont really classify sum music as "gay"
cuz it really depends on wut you like.
but i do classify sum music as "garbage"
cuz thats wut it is XD!

As for classifying "gay music" it doesn't matter if it's stereotypical and cliché, in my mind it just has to be classically identifiable. It's fun listening to those songs or torturing people with them, it's even better when its old enough that everyone knows the words. It's all in the camp value.

As for my own personal taste, I go for alternative and rock any day, maybe some Dropkick Murphys in there too. The fact is, old music can still rock my socks, which is more than I can say for a lot of forgettable one-hit wonders of the past few years.

I don't understand Japanese, but i *think* Ayumi Hamasaki - Rainbow is a song about homosexuals.

and also there's a song by Sugarcult called Superhyperspastic. The first lines are "Dad, I think I'm gay, these guys are beautiful all day. Mom, I'm your new daughter. God only knows why my girlfriends are so ashamed."
