The youma was out of place in Destiny City. Not that youma were ever a normal sight, this one in particular was unique. If in the fact it was on fire while much of the city lay under a few good inches of fresh snow and ice. The steps of the burning dog like beast made a loud hiss ad it melted snow and left footprints in the form of warm puddles.
So far, it had left a trail from an old burned out warehouse to a very public and trafficked location.
Destiny City Hospital.
It's current business? Trying to remain unseen in the parking lot while attempting to steal a patient's starseed. Flaming dog like youma stealing starseeds in a public parking lot were hard to miss, so, in that fact, the monster was failing and going unseen.
The screams also didn't help it's case.

It had been a normal Sunday afternoon for Ji-Yeon Nae, being a good citizen of Destiny City, she had been performing her 'civic duty' in the local hospital. In the midst of taking a peaceful walk around the hospital grounds, surrounded by barren trees toppled with snow, such serenity was shattered by the panicked screams of hospital patients.
What the...? It was then that the youma, on fire, was making an obnoxious entrance through the parking lot, melting precious white snow. Upon a second look, it took the appearance of a freaking dog, and in a matter of minutes, it had already attracted a dazed crowd, pointing fingers at it.
Ji-Yeon wouldn't be able to henshin up amongst so many citizens, that would be public suicide. She'd have to somehow lure it a more secluded location? Would water affect it any much? She'd have to try anyways. Carrying a hose, and double-knotting the laces on her sneakers, Ji-Yeon prepared herself for war.

The hospital. Elzo wanted to hiss at it. It was the place he hated going. Hated. Loathed. Resented. Some other negative words. Point being, Elzo did not like the hospital, even if it was useful and had many a visit from him, and no doubt, from his fellow senshi. On the Hospital bus stop, Elzo was going to go inside for some lab results. He was not going to fight a youma.
That had not been scheduled for his two o clock appointment at the hospital.
"Oh god, not here." the sound of screams was a beacon. A siren's call. Unable to resist it, Elzo had ducked behind a truck and let out a familiar call.
"Castor Constellation Power, MAKE UP!" Coming from behind a truck as the senshi of hail, (in a less then dramatic entrance), Castor was running towards the scream.
Oh god hell had opened up. There was a fire dog in front of him. Youma were officially from hell. "Hey fido! Hey! Over here!" There was little he could do to the fire dog at the moment. It was to close to a civilian to attack, and it was on fire.
You can't just punch fire.
