I dunno. I dress my avatar with my likes in mind, but it can be nice to know what others think.

I like rating avatars ~ And I make just clear that it's all my oppinion.
And I'm better giving a good description on the person's avatar than saying a random note for it.

I can't pick a number, BUT I can say that your avatar seems very jumbled, as if you don't have any sort of style you're going for. I mean for myself I'm going cute... Wait... I have no REAL style I'm going for, but I know what the end result is going to be, and it's cute xd And until then I'm green-blue cute.
