Since I was about two I have had a LOT of medical problems from a killer allergies to mysterious muscle issues to a mystery rash. I go to two different doctors, they perscribe something and it either doesn't work or I have an allergic reaction.
That was an introduction to my question/story
I was seeing the doctor for a bruised rib (I got in a fight) and he found that my heart murmer had yet to cease. In fact it had gotten louder. He's making me have an ultrasound of my heart. I'm really worried about it and I was wondering if any of you guys know what I should expect because I'm a little nervous. So do any of you?

Ultrasounds aren't bad. c: They don't hurt or anything. I've had a few when I was little.
Here's a website that will explain it to you. <3

From what I get your worried about the heart murmur. The ultrasound isn't something to really worry about, pregnant women get them they just spread some jelly on you and rub it on the area.
The murmur is probably nothing to worry about. If it was really bad then you'd be able to physically tell. Other than that the only other thing I can say is don't put things in your head because some people actually make themselves sick just by making up the symptoms in there mind.

I had an EKG AND the echo (ultrasound) and they found that it was normal for a murmer and that it sounds louder because I'm skinny and it's easier to hear right after I've been active!
Also I'm not so paranoid I'd create the symptoms in my head. My little sister does that - a lot. We can tell she's faking because if you offer her something she snaps out of it.
