Had a kid?? I mean, really. It would be double sexiness there! And do you think the kid would be like him? Or his complete and total opposite?

D having a kid?
While I can't really picture all to well, i think he'd make a good dad.
Going off by how he acts with children in the novels, they seem to like him enough.

He'd be a very socially awkward father. i think he could provide well for the child, guide it and help it grow into a tough, good hearted and skilled person like he is.
But the common things that children do like playing? Yeah there'd be alot of awkwardness there.
He'd be the silent father that watches the child just before it sticks its fingers into an electrical socket. And after the child is shot 12 feet back he goes back to reading the paper. lol not neglectful just not overly concerned with the childs wellbeing.
IF D had a child it would be a very independent child.

For some reason, your post made me picture D giving "his kid?" a piggy back ride, with the kid pulling his hair screaming "I wanna play a game!!".

heh yeah i think anything involving imagination would be hard for D to comprehend and the whole tickle or chase me thing wouldnt happen with D.
child tags him and runs away screaming and laughing. D either catches the child too quickly and ruins the fun. Or he doesnt pursue at all lol.
I think he would read stories and like help the kid solve puzzles and color and draw and s**t and he'd even help the kid learn an instrument or help him learn to fight or learn to camp or hunt animals for food or whatnot.
He's that kinda dad not competitive, not imaginative, not really "fun", but he'd be a wealth of knowledge for the boy/girl. lol

I will say one thing if D did ever have a child. Id hate to see the person who hurts that child, because they're going to have Hell on their hands. lol

Though honestly, I couldn't help but laugh the whole time I was reading all of your responses. especially this one. I mean, its horrible to laugh at this. But... I just find it really really funny.

In my opinion, I don't think D would want his child to be like him. And D would also feel pretty horrible about having created another cursed being like himself. That would be a major taboo for D to make another partial Dunpeal. D would be filled with guilt and become more sorrowful to see his child struggle through life. and I'm not sure D would stick around his mate either to help raise such a child. He would most likely be sending funds and help to support the child but he might proove to be a very absent Father. He told Leila that he can't have a normal life like she could.

"No.. no dont do that either." D says his tone wavering, he cant stand to see children and women cry. "But but... MOMMY! Daddy wont kiss my boo boo!" the girl shouts. Mother from the other room. "Kiss your daughters boo boo!" "..." D just looks at his child calmly.
