SECONDLY, I have decided to forgo my original idea of having rp samples determine your rank. While an rp sample can be very good, it doesn't show me how you rp daily. You could have a great sample that was made over a decent amount of time, and then you could post(forgive the language) complete s**t afterwards. I just want to see your everyday rping style and quality. So I'll be having spar's with the arrancar/espada that join.
You will, however, still need to post an rp sample to get accepted. Only after that and when your profile is completed will I fight with you to determine where you stand. After the first ten Espada are filled, this will be null unless a position opens, or someone becomes inactive.
Challenges will be accepted, however, regardless of who you challenge. If the tenth espada wants to try to go for the first espada's position, by all means I will let them. But, you however will most likely get massacred. I will just let people try to obtain what they think they deserve. Whether or not they die in the process ^_^
