Obviously as a guild owner there's going to be high expectations of you and you should prepare for PMs from people that are unhappy, want to discuss storylines, or just want to b***h.
If someone says you're doing something wrong, don't just go off on them right off the bat. Listen to them, they may have a point (even if they're cursing head off).
If you can learn to accept criticism with a straight face and say: "Okay, I ******** up. My mistake, I'll fix it and promise to make it better next time around" and actually do this, you do wonders everywhere not just guild owning.

Nobody is perfect, mistakes happen, but it's never the end of the world.
