Now this is in the case of when people suck at having multiple characters:
Stick With It!: Something that really grinds my gears is when someone continuously makes characters without establishing one. No need to rush yourself, work with one character's persona before moving on to making more and more.
--If you have an idea for a new character, write it/type it down and save it. You'll appreciate it more when you come up with new ideas for your new character later on, and you won't look like a tool when you re-imagine him.
No Bitching: No complaining to mods because somebody did this, or somebody did that. No complaining if your character is moving up, or not. Keep in mind the Mods have a reason for what they're doing.
Realism: Meaning don't have impossible move sets for impossible characters.
If you're a cruiser-weight, don't try and pull of heavyweight moves on heavyweight stars.
If you're a heavyweight, why are you going to pull off lightning fast crusier moves.
Gimmick Infringement: This coincides with Originality, but It grinds my gears when you feel the need to copy someone else's creativity.
This includes Gimmick, Move set, personality, Name, Championship history.
The above content should be reviewed when someone like Blackrose wants to spam your profiles with multiple characters.
The general limit is 3 characters.
I agree that you should stick with 3 as well, so if some keeps "killing off a character" and uses a new one, don't let them.
Refuse to book them, it gets annoying, and loses your guilds credibility.
If a you know a new person joins your guild, let them work with ONE character first. If they make another, don't book it. If they can't handle playing one they shouldn't bother at all.

Multiple Characters:
Not everyone is like me. Not everyone can have more then one character and make them credible. Most people pertain to one person. Making it easier for them to come up with storylines they would logically fit into. At the same time build up credibility. It's hard working ten different characters and making them successful it is. But if you can't multi-task. then don't bother making more then one character.
Remember-
A little research goes a long way, be sure to do that first before you create!
