Obviously while titles are a status of importance, they shouldn't be the main thing you want to accomplish in a guild.
However, this is a guide on how to award Champions.

Championships should be a reward members for their work. Winning the World Championship everywhere you go shouldn't be all you care about.

It's common sense to think, once you join a new guild, to work your way up from the bottom.

If the owner decides different though, that's up to them. Maybe they'll use their titles as a way to bring-in big name characters. Again, up to the owner to decide. Though if someone is working their a** off for a title, and you squish them and let some big name win the title upon their debut you're a ******** moron.

Long title reigns are good because if someone wins the title and loses it it gets noticed. The title change is shown as being important. Keeping a great storyline is key. Though obviously sometimes this can't happen because of activity/ In-activity. As a booker, you have to learn to be flexible

Winning titles in n00b guilds means nothing (see list of guilds).
You want to avoid these guilds, why because they stick together and award themselves championships. That is bullshit. Here is why:

Giving yourself titles(I use They as a general word for you in this)
-They cannot allow themselves to be put in a title opportunity well, main title.
-However in the event they're needing a filler character they can put their character in that spot.
-If they somehow win via inactiveness they must relinquish the title within the next card.
-They cannot be the first champions of the guild

Now some vets do this and its not okay.
I've been known to do this too but I'm not particularly pleased.
