Haruko entered the empty classroom with Rei in tow and proceeded to take a seat in her usual seat behind the teacher's desk. Once settled, Haruko took out a bag of crackers and took one out. Breaking off a small bit of the cracker, she prepared to throw it. Turning to face her Rei, her swallow summoning, she called out to him happily, "Okay Rei, time for a snack." as soon as the words left her mouth, she threw the tiny cracker piece in the air and watched as Rei flew over to catch it. Haruko continued to do this while waiting for both the new student and her partner to arrive.

As Kasai turned the corner into the classroom he saw Haruko-sensei sitting behind a large desk throwing crackers into the air for her swallow, Rei, to catch. Kasai's mouth dropped in awe at the mere fact that she could summon creatures. He was so excited to start his training with her. Seeing that he was supposed to enter he walked in and sat down in one of the desks. "Good morning, Haruko-sensei," Kasai said, trying to use smiles to hide his nervousness. "How are you today?"

Hearing someone greeting her from the doorway Haruko stopped what she was doing and turned to face the person. 'Must be the new student, Kasai-san was his name if I remembered correctly.' Getting up from her seat, Haruko walked up to the desks Kasai was sitting in and extended out her right hand for him to shake, "Good morning Kasai-san, I'm doing fine so far. How about you? Nervous about today's lesson?"

Shaking Haruko-sensei's hand, Kasai smiled and replied, "Umm... I'm fine... N-n-n-nervous is definitely a good description...." Kasai smiled awkwardly and wanted to kick himself. Stuttering had always been issues for him when he was nervous, so acting brave never worked, since his stupid stuttering always gave him away. Letting go of her hand he put his hands under the table and tried to keep smiling.

Haruko gave Kasai a warm smile before explaining Kasai his first task. "Okay Kasai-san, for your first task I want you go and explore the village. And once you return, I want you to give me a list of all the different sub-fourm as well as a brief discription of each." Turning around, Haruko took her seat behind the teacher's desk again and gave Kasai a encouraging smile, "Well, go on. Don't worry speed doesn't matter when it comes to this task so take your time to memorize the different landmarks (sub-fourms) okay?"
{Pretty much just give me a list of all the different sub-fourms and a brief discription of each sub-fourms}

Kasai nodded and quickly jumped up from the desk and rushed out the door, closing it behind him. "Don't worry, Haruko-sensei," he called from down the hall, "I'll be quick! I won't let you down!"

Haruko giggled at Kasai's energetic attitude before pulling out another cracker. "Hey Rei, want some more?" Seeing Rei nod, Haruko broke up the cracker into small pieces and threw it towards Rei. 'Hm, I wonder when Kenji-san will get here. He's taking a fairly long time to get here. But then again, he's no later then usual.'

Running down the hall of the academy, Kasai skidded to a stop in front of the door to the classroom where Haruko-sensei was. Opening the door, Kasai smiled and, holding up a paper, handed it to Haruko-sensei. "I looked at and read everything I could," he said.
Written on the paper in a fairly messy handwriting was: Main Office - This is where you can look to find updates, upcoming events, and really anything that has to do with the guild. You can ask for suggestions, post new ideas, make petitions, and ask questions, also. Post questions in the Q and A sticky, make suggestions in the suggestion sticky, post petitions in your own thread with the title and a yes or no poll. To make a petition, though you must ask for permission in the Suggestions sticky first. Anbu Hideout - Who knows? This is where Life and Death debate stuff, probably. No one knows for a positive, though. Center of Town - This is where all of the city's buildings are. This is a safe place with minimal fighting. This is also where the stores are and where everyone hangs out. Shinobi Records - A big book listing the village's shinobi. Everyone is urged to post their basic profile, at least. Crew profiles are stickies. Everyone else's is a regular thread. Wilderness - This is the area outside the village. There are forests, lakes, cliffs, and more. Be careful, though, there are sometimes dangerous creatures. Village Academy - Where I am now. This is where you come to become a genin. You can also request a teacher to learn a more advanced lesson. You must post in the Sticky to get a teacher. Sensei must make a thread to be the classroom of the student. Sensei will go over the protocol. Training Grounds - The training grounds are like the wilderness in the way that you can find a good fight here. Better in the way, though, that the hospital is a lot closer. The training grounds are in rooms that simulate real scenarios. Housing District - This is the area where homes are located. Chuunin and up are allowed to build their own homes, but all students and genin live in the Common House. Command Center - This is where all orders come from. Each floor has a specific purpose and only certain ranks are allowed on certain levels. If you want a mission or are called for a debriefing this is where you are supposed to be. Village Archives - This is where all dead or unused threads belong. The crew will move threads here and anyone is allowed to read them, just no posting. Cells HQ - This is where members can form cells. Each cell has at least three members, including a captain. Miscellaneous Missions - If you have signed up for a mission or hosting one, but don't know where to post, then post here. Here, you can make personal threads for missions. These missions can take place in the village, in the wilderness, and even beyond the borders of the map. You can even recreate areas. Just remember, no areas here are permanent.

Haruko took the paper from Kasai and muttered a small thanks before taking a look at what he wrote. Placing the paper back on the desk, she turned to face Kasai, "Good work Kasai-san, this list is very detailed and contains all the required information." Standing up, Haruko walked over to the blackboard and picked up a piece of chalk before writing something up on the board. Once she finished, she stepped back and motioned for Kasai to join her by the board. "Okay Kasai-san, for your next task, you're required to write a proper rp response to the following situation." Haruko motioned to the writing on the board, on the board was the following:
Kasai was heading back to the common house after a hard day of training in the wondering plains. He was just about to reach the gates when a ninja cloaked in black jumped out from a nearby tree and attacked Kasai with a katana.
"Okay Kasai, when writing your rp response don't forget about the lenth of your reply, grammer, puncuation, capitalizing, etc. Good luck." Haruko stepped away from the board and waited for her student to write his response.

Kasai took the piece of chalk, nervously, and was grateful that stutters didn't effect his writting. Reading the situation carefully, he started writing.
Kasai wasn't paying much attention. He was thinking about going back to the Common House for some sleep when he glanced up in responce to a sound. Flying in the air quicky, towards him, was a brute of a ninja wielding a long katana. Instantly jumping back and whipping out a kunai, Kasai parried the first atack of the enemy's katana, but not without great effort. Kasai turned to face the attacker, tensed for the next attack.
Stepping back from the board, Kasai glanced nervously at Haruko, waiting for her assessment of his writing.

Seeing that Kasai was done with his response, Haruko turned her attention to the writing on the board. After reading over his response, Haruko turned to face her student and gave him a smile. "Good job Kasai-san, that was a very good response. It's very descriptive and solid." Moving back to lean on the desk, Haruko turned to face Kasai, "So Kasai-san, how about telling me a bit about yourself?"
{Next lesson will be conducted in OOC. For your next task, explain what God-modding is and why people are so negatively against it. Also explain the term 'Metagaming', and provide an example of it.}

God-modding is pretty much making your character invinsible. Making it unrealistic so that you can't be killed, can't be hit, et cetera. People don't like god-modding, because it makes it unfair. RPing looses it's fun if you try and try and use the most witty tricks in your arsenal and still can not beat someone, because they always use a barrier or they always dodge. It's okay to lose. I think Death-sama says that, a lot.
Metagaming is kind of like... being out of character. For example, if you were to come across a monster that no one had ever seen before, you couldn't possibly know that it's weak spot was it's neck unless you had battled it for a while and examined the situation and even then you might not realize it.
Is that good?

{Yep, that's fine. Next I want you to give me things that people could do in order to avoid god-moding/metagaming. And when speaking in OOC, don't forget to keep the writing between brackets or something to indicate that you're talking in OOC. examples: (...), ((...)), {...}, [...]}

(Whoops. Sorry. Well, if you are the one that is god-modding/metagaming intentionally or unintentionally, then at the very least let them get some hits in and almost lose. Make it interesting. No one wants to lose, but try losing every other time or if you are, for example a Kage fighting a Genin, even though it makes sense that you wouldn't lose, act like the Genin is doing good.
If you are the one being god-modded/metagamed against then either forfeit the match [there is no way you can win and they aren't even worth your effort if they are god-modding] and alert a member of the crew. They can deal with it after that since it is out of your power.
Is that okay?)
