The LoTH version comes in grey, while the LoC's is black.
This special device serves primarily as a method of communication, and comes with a bluetooth earpiece with microphone. It is operated completely by touch screen. Other features include:
- Signal Send and Signal Trace: This allows the user to send distress signals, or to search for another user of the device. LoTH Signal Trace can not detect LoC signals, and vice-versa.
Teleport: Allows instantaneous recall to the wielder's respective base. This can be activated consciously, or automatically, if the device, which is tied in with a user's biorhythm, detects that the user is either unconscious or gravely injured.
Data Scanner: It can scan any object to detect levels of radiation or to identify unknown materials and objects, matched against a database at HQ.
Location Scanner: Offers some geographical or historical information on locations around the world. Also operates as a GPS system to determine the exact location of a member.
Comm Device: It can allow for direct contact with other members of the same league, or with home base for instructions or to request support.
Security: The device was designed to read the biorhythm of the holder. If a non-matching biorhythm is detected to be holding the device, a scan will be run, matching it against other members of that League. If the person is not in the database, the device will do one of two things: If it belongs to a member of the LoC, it self-destructs. If it belongs to a member of the LoTH, it will be teleported away.
Badge: For members of the LoTH, it serves as identification as a member of the LoTH for police work reasons. It gives the holder authority to investigate crime scenes and perform arrests and searches.
