It looks like more of a computer room than an office, really. Strategist's office doubles as his living quarters, though separated by a single wall. On this floor are his personal laboratory and workbench, monitoring devices, communication devices, terminal access to all security and other tower-controlled systems, and an intercomm device for mass messaging. Amidst all the computers lining the walls of the office itself is a desk sitting in front of a wall of windows that overlook Washington DC. The windows are opaque from the outside, lined with electronics to prevent psionics from entering, and are virtually indestructable, like every other floor of the tower. It is cheery; Strategist likes to have plenty of light, but it isn't a place for recreation.
Only the leadership council have access to this office, and only when Strategist is in it, or if his locator signal goes down.
