The cozy-up couple place that is constantly decorated like it's Valentines Day. It's is located at the outskirts of town. Inside are quaint little couples tables with pink and frills as cupids fly above and throw confetti. It's a lovely place to come for the first date or time alone.

Blaire walked into the tea shop and up to the front desk.
"Earl Grey, three milk, two sugar please." THe lady behind the counter nodded and then pointed her to a table. Luckily it was right beside a window, which was perfect for daydreaming. Blaire sat down and pulled out her spiral notebook. witch or wizard it was far more easier to keep all her notes on these instead of rolly parchements. the end of the ostrich feather grazed across her bottom lip as she gazed out the window. only for a moment because the lady (whom Blaire assumed was mrs. Puttifoot herself) brought over her tea.
"Thanks." she sight with a slight bow of her head. Mrs. Puttifoot nodded and went over ot hte next table. There had been something that was bothering her for te last couple of days. why did everyone she meet think she was a first year? ... well besides her maturity level. Never the less Blaire decided to actually become serious. that lasted for abbout a whole four seconds when a nearby couple opened a charmed sugar dish. whoever was at the table last had replaced the sugar with Sugar snaps. thier tea went flying everywhere and Blaire couldn't help but to snigger. Once the ordeal was done and overwith she turned back to the mpty page and began to write, with a particular sugar scene in her mind.

Laughing Lillium and her cousin Draco walked into the shoppe, Draco sat down at a mint green table and Lillium followed suit. A lady walked up to their table and said," Hello, how can i help you today?" Draco almost imediatly replied," Two teas one oolong and the other Egyptian, and two rausinberry parfaeits." Draco finished and the lady walked away. "How did you know what i wanted?" I asked him."Old habits die hard, cousin." He laughed. I began to miss being with him at Home. "How is uncle and aunt Narcissa?" He smiled," mother is annoying as ever, father is still doing his best to see that i take over his position in the ministry. Honestly Lills i have no idea what i want to be." I nodded my head," Yeah, do you know he's alive?" Draco nodded his head," Yes I'm so glad, He saved my life, and now i had the chance to return the favor. I knew that he wasn't that easy to get rid of." We both laughed. Our tea was brought out. Draco was eating his parfaeit, while i was sipping my my bitter-sweet tea.
