For whatever reason, a thought came to mind for Khajag. What drove him to do what he has done in life so far? What brings him to travel far distances to places of the unknown, to familiar grounds? What did he want out of life? And, did he want to continue traveling? As the questions ran through the stallion's head, he let out a breathe of air through his nostrils, sending tendrils of bangs flying over his nostrils to settle back over his nose.
Shaking his head out of those thoughts for now, the dark stallion continued on into the forest. The night chill pricked through his light coat, sending chills down his spine to the very tip of his tail. Without a destination in mind, the stallion continued through the sparse forest.

Maybe it was the scales, maybe it wasn't, but Calanon wasn't as cold as he should have been. This isn't to say that he wasn't cold, he was, but he wasn't freezing either. The snow that fell clung to his hair, at a distance invisible due to his hairs color. Settled on top of pink scales and on the black end of his tail was more snow. Flicking his tail the snow went flying off the black tail, some still clinging but most gone for now.
Now, what to do? He had left the teepee he stayed at but now had no idea what to do. It wasn't that he was stupid he was simply clueless. He didn't normally do anything, aside from remaining in the teepee or wondering the woods as if in a daze...which sometimes he was. To put it simply Calanon was lazy.
Cloven hooves gently took him through the forest, landing on unseen branches, filling the air for an instant with a cracking sound each time.

As the stallion continued through the forest, he seemed to be walking without any destination in mind. His eyes seemed to be unfocused because he was stuck in his thoughts, yet again. It seemed the only attentive part of his body was his ears which were flicking about to every noise about it, even though he wasn't really registering the noises as his mind continued to get caught up in its own thoughts.
His ears perked and flicked over to the noise of cracking branches, which tore him from his current thoughts of where he would be to what that noise was before him. His teal eyes looked around cautiously as he lowered his head to cautiously look for the source of cracking branches.

Not knowing he'd caught another stallions attention Calanon continued on his unknown path. Flicking his head, throwing his white hair from his face, and scattering his bangs about his pale eyes, he gave a heavy sigh. Perhaps he should have remain in the teepee and simply slept some more.
Stepping out from between some trees and bushes, unknowingly into view of the stallion in the same woods, his tail swishing behind him in a most lazily manner; his tail seeming very heavy as it moved.

Khajag stood there in silence, waiting for the critter emerge from the woods before him. He was unsure of the size, or if the critter would be a threat. It could just be another soquili, but how would he know if the other soquili was a threat or not?
When the black coat, soft pink scaled figure of stallion stepped into his line of vision, Khajag stared in silence for a moment. It was his first time encountering this breed of soquili before, and he found it kind of awe inspiring. A blush flooded his cheeks, trying to rip his gaze from the stallion to prevent staring. "H-hello." The stallion meekly said out loud towards the other stallion. It didn't seem like the stallion had taken notice of him when he had taken the steps into his line of vision. Maybe he wasn't aware of his surroundings?

No, he really wasn't aware of his surroundings. The voice, of the other stallion, had ripped his mind from wherever it had been, and brought him back to the present.
Turning his attention in the direction of the voice he stared. Pale eyes taking in the sight of the green hued stallion. He seemed to be covered in varying shades and tints of green. He wasn't anything too shocking or new to look at but he did look a great deal more masculine than he himself did.
"H-hey...sorry if I interrupted anything..." He didn't see the other doing anything, but who knows if he'd interrupted anything and just couldn't tell.

Khajag blushed a bit. "Y-you didn't interrupt anything. I was just walking by..." He said softly. "I hope I didn't interrupt you... You seemed deep in thought. I j-just wanted to make sure everything was alright."
The stallion observed the stallion before him. He didn't know what he was, and why he was so different. He had scales like a lizard or a snake. He also had the horn and the tail similar to a unicorn.

"Oh, you didn't interrupt anything. I do that often, I get lost in thoughts that are random or just lost in nothing...often." A bit of a flush colored his dark cheeks. He knew that was perhaps a problem, and one night while doing this aimless wandering he may become hurt because he didn't notice something approaching him, like a Kalona or Skinwalker.
Eyes that were gray, with pink in the center, stared at the other stallion for a moment. "You seem...curious by me..." He was clueless but not so much so that he didn't notice the others curiosity. Were there so few Kirin around that the stallion before him didn't know what he was? It would make sense, seeing as he''d never seen another Kirin.

The stallion smiled in relief. “Oh.. Good.” He said softly, but was surprised when the other stallion said he often gets lost in thought too. He was glad he was not lost in thought too, otherwise he would have ran into this stallion by pure accident. The stallion could only chuckle lightly at the thought.
Observing the other stallion from where he was, the stallion’s ears perked up by his statement. “Oh.. W-well, yes. I am. I’ve never seen someone with… scales on their fur before.” He said, not too sure what they were, or what purpose they had for the stallion. “I feel like you look similar to unicorns, but a little different.” He said, pondering the stallion’s breed.
