Just a note to anyone who wants to see it, you can see the lines a lot better if you highlight the picture (gives it a blue-ish tint).
Either his ear is too high or his eyes are too high. With the angle he's on, I think it's the ears. The bottom of the ears should start close to in line with the bottom of the nose, and they usually go up to around the eyes/eyebrows. It seems more popular in anime to give the characters smaller ears than that, though (still, they start in line with the nose, not in line with the eyebrows).
The eye to our left doesn't look like it's in line with the other eye; his head looks like it's tilting down slightly... actually, I'd probably grab both eyes and rotate them counterclockwise a bit.
I'd make his head shape a little bit more like this:

He currently seems like he's pretty much just missing the cheek to our left. It should curve out more and then come in around his eyes, then curve out again a bit above the eye level. Sorta like this:

I like the nose, the mouth is pretty alright. Hair looks pretty good for the most part, but could maybe use some detail around behind his ear.
