It was an alcohol free party, so no spiked punch.
It was at my church, they decorated it up beautifull, great food, dancing, prizes, it was a ton of fun!

I went out iceskating, got a subway sandwich, then got home in time to see the ball drop, lol.

I worked a hectic shift with a new girl who I had to train from scratch. She was pretty on the ball, but couldn't help but keep asking for my assistance with customers even when we both had a lineup at our tills. She's more fun than most of my other coworkers, though, so that went a long way in making the work more tolerable. Also, she's cute and I got to kiss her on the cheek at midnight after we shouted "happy new year" with no-one left in the store, and probably woke up the people who live upstairs from the store and apparently stayed in. She invited me along to the party she was going to afterwards, but apparently her friend was in a bitchy mood so she ended up calling it off and just going to bed, and I never got her call for directions. I also had something lined up with another co-worker previous to that invite, but her boyfriend had wussed out on the party she'd had in mind, so they were just going to do a quiet thing with close friends. Tried to hook up with that scene when I figured the party plans had fallen through, but after I got home a massive fog picked up and I couldn't get cell reception for the rest of the night.

So this makes like the third year in a row that I've not been able to do anything for either Halloween or New Years. So now it's sort of official that I'm pretty much a loser failure with no friends. Kinda sucks. sad

I had a pretty crappy night...

hung out with friends and drank a little.

then Gabriel came by and did some pain-tolerance test with johnny both sitting around me, So I got punched in the face when one of them slipped. (it hurt, i cried)

then after midnight we moved to johnnys house. and to be honest, their family are a bunch of jerks. (and unfortunately some of that jerk-ness had gotten into johnny too)

I have a fear/sensitivity towards sudden loud noises. And also i was getting tired and gumpy by this time...

johnnys dad found a party popper gun*, and proceeded to shoot.johnny knew about my fear and tried to explain that "its not that bad".

and then he got the popper passed to him.

and he was sitting right next to me, and started shooting it. and he shot one off right near my face, towards the person on the other side of me.

and it scared me.
so I hid under a blanket.

and then he did the most jerk-a*****e thing ever.
he shot it off and inch away from my ear

needless to say, I cried and yelled and and freaked out at everyone.
sad
and now i feel stupid and embarrassed, and im afraid to show my face around his friends.

*its a little plastic gun that has caplets of compressed confetti and when shot, creates a loud snap, a flash, and confetti showers

Cricetian if it werent for my hubby i would of been alone also.... i have no friends than other online friends.. i decide a year ago that i am just to weird for society so i just be happy with what i have..


pixie hun if that really bothers you then just claim you are a light weight drinker and were drunk... sorry it happened. *glompadates you to make ya feel better*
