http://en6789.deviantart.com/There is mine, and I have some things to say that aren't necessarily nice but are... helpful advice? I guess. You clearly have a good imagination but like pretty much everyone it is hard to draw people (darn our silly shaped noses and eyes >_>) Anyway, just looking at other pictures and combining them together in your head and then putting them all together down on paper is great practice. It is a lot easier to draw something if you can see it. Like, take a picture of a friend posed how you want your character and then use that as a template? I have never actually drawn a person but it works for my friends :/
