alluvian_dynentha Bordering on the lines between this dimension and all of the others, the Cave of Ethereality is impossible to find. It could also be right behind you. A waystation for gods to transverse the ethereal matrix, it is both the most real place in the universe and the thinnest. It dwells on the lines of time and space, connected to neither, drifting forever through the cosmos. Great powers have come and gone through it, moving in ways outside reality.
God-like beings have the ability to center the cave in time for a static, changing period. Making it both exist and not exist at the same time, it is only at these moments that those of lesser powers may enter it. But it is one of the more dangerous places you may find yourself, for it's border are constantly in flux and anything can come through.
Friend or foe, equally possible. Flip a coin and be ready for a wrong answer.

Narmer The Great [I've counted space and time as two seperate dimensions, thus having five. But there are thousands more (Light, sound, etc) than we are aware of that scientists have peeled apart from the rest, I just can't remember my Quantam Physics... ]
Narmer and Akina faded into the new realm just as quickly as they had faded out of the mortal plane. It was a strange sensation to suddenly be thrown into a plane without stable dimensions, the ideas of location and time in constant flux, moving and flowing with no will or direction of their own. The feeling of gravity simutaneously pushing and pulling in all directions at once abated the second after they arrived, S's -and now, less grudgingly, Narmer's- Lord quickly providing them with the simple five dimensions that they needed, and filtering out the rest.
"Welcome home," Narmer said proudly, his arm securly around Akina's waist, "At least, until this is over. Home, until we inherit the earth."

Kareesata The vampiress, although tighty at Narmer's side, was shivering violently. Her breath was beating faster than hyperventilation, and a sheen of cold sweat covered her body. The first thought her mind could create was how easy she was moving, as the violent shivering never stopped. Maybe moving was allowed, but she would not risk speaking. Even though her body was reacting harshly, her eyes showed the real fatigue, confusion, even panic, of everything that had recently happened.
Narmer was back. Hell was back -- Oh, god, was Alluvian okay? His screams were pure ecstacy, that meant he must have been in unimaginable pain. Maren was there, hopefully she would save him.

Narmer The Great Narmer noticed her confusion and fatigue, coupled with her shivers he immediately drew the wrong conclusion. At least, not the specific right one. "I would imagine that you are still hungry," he chuckled, a hand rising and effortlessly slicing through the skin on his neck once more, "I know you did not get enough blood. I did not let you have enough, I see how strong your emotions are around him. It would have been dangerous."
He turned to face her, his had cupping her cheek and guiding her mouth to the blood that dripped down his neck. "Here," he offered, "Drink."

Kareesata "N-no.." She mumbled, her voice rasp from the screams that were repressed in pain. At least the pain was gone, leaving her throat numb. Maybe he was right. Smelling his blood, she wanted to wrap her arms around him, though she found her limbs far too weak. Her legs were barely able to hold herself. "Uh.. Maybe." Doubting herself, her whisper was just as weak. Akina allowed her tounge to slowly lick up the blood that dripped from his neck. It was instinctive, unable to refrain from her hunger and pain. Emotional pain could not be hidden, no matter how much blood she drank.
There was hesitation clear, just as before. Her nose nuzzled beside the wound, deeply inhaling to enjoy the sweet scent. How much more control could he have over her? A few more mouthfuls of blood probably won't make a difference. Her mind had to jurisdict it would be all right, as she placed her lips around the wound, careful of her fangs.

Narmer The Great Narmer stood calmly as she came forward to him, his arms open and ready to accept her and her hunger. "That's right, Akina. No bite marks," he whispered to her, his strong arms encircling her body, pressing her cold frame to his. The Pharaoh hoped it was a comforting motion, he could see the softness in her now, the gentleness that they had brought upon her. It would take some work to relieve her of that, he knew, but he could be patient. He had waited for millennia to rule the world, he could wait a while longer yet.
Besides, it would mean a few more days for his words to fester, like an infection in the wounds he had left her paramour. Maybe he would realize the truth behind his words, realize that he would quickly lose Akina forever. It was all a matter of bending -no- crushing her to his will. In the end, it hardly mattered anyhow. The yearling would die at his hands, no matter how Akina felt about him.
He let his hands drift gently through her hair, marvelling as he always did at the soft cornsilk of her locks. Such a gorgeous creature, strong and ruthless if she would only let herself be. She would learn, he knew. The Ancient Vampire had all the time in the world to teach her.

Kareesata Akina found herself latched to Narmer, leeching his blood carefully from her hunger. Silent moments passed, absent of any though. The only sound she could hear was the soft mutterings of Qa'a and D'jet plotting in the depths of her mind, although it was a whisper she ignored easily.
The vampiress let her arms slide up his body, marveling at his marbeled chest and frigid skin as she always found herself doing. Within her unmaginable amounts of agony and hatred for Narmer, there was some happiness. Not to be with him, just an emotional attatchment of sorts. He had been useful to her in one way. When Alluvian was gone, Narmer was there for her, comforting in his own ways, and helped her along the right path again. If not for him, she would have surely gone mad, perhaps fallen into the sleep alongside her love, and might not have seen him again.
Her arms stopped at his neck, wrapping themselves losely around. She rested the side of her head on her arm, and continued contently lapping away his blood. As she revived energy, gaining it from his succulent nectar, she found a cold wetness along her cheeks, brushing against his neck as the dropletts rolled off her jawline. It was all the realization of everything happening, and her incredibly fatigue, streaking cold tears of misery. Closing her eyes, she found herself nearly able to fall asleep in Narmer's currently comforting arms.

Narmer The Great Narmer's arms held her closer to his cold, hard skin, a grin on his lips as she drank. His again, no one else's. The great Pharaoh was also a jealous one, and now seeing her so easily latched to his side again soothed that anger and jealousy. He chuckled, running his fingers through her hair again. "Tired?" The Pharaoh asked, understanding. He couldn't imagine her sleeping very well without him, and even his blood would not keep her awake against true fatigue.

Kareesata "Yes." She mumbled in a weak whisper. She stopped drinking from him, just leaning her head against his shoulder. Akina froze for a moment, contimplating asking a certain question on her mind. What was the worse he could do? Hit her? Not like it would be a first...
"Narmer," Nervousness could be clear in her voice, as well as a jumble of other fatigued emotions, including hesitation. "If--well, If I was to follow your every word, no matter what it was... W-would you leave Alluvian alone?"

Narmer The Great "My dear Pharaoh Akina," Narmer chuckled, "If that what it would take to make you happy, I would." He lied, "However, I think the true matter in this issue is that Alluvian will not leave me alone. He will undoubtedly come to avenge you, Akina. I will not step aside for him to steal you away. I will kill have to kill him."

Kareesata Silent for a moment, she could not stop herself from believing every word he said. There was just something about his velvety voice that made her absolutely believe him, even if it was the most craziest things she had heard. "Could you give me like... Five minutes alone with him? I'd be able to explain to him.. Persuade him that life would be much better without me, and to stay far from you." If Narmer was telling her the truth, than maybe she could get Alluvian away from him. It was better than his death.

Narmer The Great Narmer thought it over for a moment, his fingers running lightly through her hair. "I will allow you to speak with him, but I want Qa'a with you at all times. He will not give up on you, Akina. He'll try to convince you to return."
Narmer chuckled, and in the nothingness there was suddenly walls and a bed, the realm crossing over for his bedroom. "You will resist," he said, motioning to the bed for rest, "I know you will."

Kareesata "Of course I'll resist." Akina could only hope she was good at lying. Being in a tightly knit family, she was never able to tell lies. None of them here were psychic's, except Qa'a, and she could only hope he was not paying attention. Knowing Narmer, he probably did not know how to look into his children's mind.
The sudden bed surprised her. And she found herself eager to sit on it. Though suddenly intrigued in this conversation, she merely sat on the edge of the bed. "So I figure the earlier I do, the better. Tomorrow night, do you think would be best? Then we'll be able to start picking off K'Meric's and Svit'Kona's. Once they're out of the way, the world will be ours."
Enthusiasm was spontaneous on her expression, a cynical grin made just for him. All of it was lies, every word, a facade she was playing. Once again, hoping so much she did not add too much to the enthusiasm, or overplay the lie just enough to give it away.

Narmer The Great "Qa'a will be there to make sure... that his will is not accomplished. If Alluvian tries anything, he can pull himself and yourself back here. He will be keeping a close tab on both of you, I will be watching in case I see something... dangerous.
"But of course," he said, sitting down beside her, "It will have to be soon. Very soon, our friendly diety is expecting a rather large change rather quickly. However, nothing will happen until you have rested," Narmer smirked, his frozen fingers gliding along her arm, "And of course, we catch up with the time we've missed."
