Teary odd colored eyes stared out blankly, as Jasmine's delicate ears tilted forward. Blinking lightly she bent down crouching only to bring forth one of her front paws to lightly swat in interest at a nearby flower. She seemed a bit depressed, having just experienced another of one of Matsuri's tortures. Watching how the flower flowed gently back and forth seemed to give her at least a little happiness it seemed, obviously she was the type that took joy in the smaller things in life. After a while though Jasmine's interest in the flower began to fade. Having exhausted her entertainment with pushing the flower back and forth the gold and purple eyed Wish stood back up.

You would think that Jasmine would be used to the every day routine of Matsuri picking on her, but even so Jasmine was the one who always ended up in tears. She was too soft hearted and Matsuri saw that which was why Jasmine had become her usual prey. Looking up into the sky Jasmine opened her mouth, and from her maw emerged a beautiful song. Closing her eyes Jasmine poured her saddened little heart into the song hoping to ease some of her pain.

The melody in which she sang was sweet yet sorrowful. It was a beautiful song meant to ease one's soul making things seem a bit better. Standing amongst the flowers Jasmine could almost find herself in another world, able to forget earlier happenings. Opening her eyes slowly Jasmine let out a large sigh, at least the singing had lifted her a bit more then earlier.

Sniffing softly Jasmine lifted a paw to wipe away some of the tears that had formed in her eyes. "Matsuri didn't have to be so mean..." Jasmine pouted the thought of what had happened brought more tears to the corner of her eyes pretty much voiding her earlier attempt to wipe them away. Sniffing once more she tried to let the scent of flowers calm her down as she plopped herself down on her stomach in the middle of the field immersing herself in the flowers scent.

Jasmine loved flowers, their scent was beautiful and calming which was why she herself often smelled like one. She spent enough time around them that her own scent had mingled with the flowers. Jasmine herself was even named after a flower, one whose odor she adored the most of all.

Jasmine had been so busy trying to calm herself down that she hardly noticed any other presence...that was until her ears twitched to the sound of shifting flowers behind her. Jasmine instantly jumped turning herself around ears back to her skull and hair bristled in fright. "W-W-Who's there? M-Mitsuri? I-Is that you...L-Leave me alone already...S-S-Stop picking on me," Jasmine whined crouching lower as if to hide from the thing lurking in the flowers nearby.

Jasmine couldn't help but let out a small whine when something suddenly popped up. Her eyes instantly squeezed shut in fright and didn't open again until she heard a voice speak out. Slowly she opened her eyes once more blinking to find a black and white shaded wish staring back at her...wait...so this wasn't another one of Matsuri's pranks. A sudden relief ran through Jasmine's body making her lay down, her legs weak from the fright now that they knew there was no danger.

Calming her breathing once more she looked back up at the wish who stood above her. "You gave me such a fright..." Jasmine gasped finally calming down. "I-I'm fine...I-I just thought you were Matsuri...she's my packmate...she likes to pick on me all the time..." Jasmine explained as she finally tried to stand once more. Her legs shivered though and gave way still weak from the scare sending her back to the ground with a plop, bits of flower petals scattering in response. "S-Sorry...I'm not good with scares..." Jasmine muttered softly, feeling a bit embarrassed.

Jasmine blinked. "Tell her to leave me alone? I already asked, she just ignores me...besides...if you met her you'd understand how easy it is for her to twist words back at you," Jasmine replied solemnly. "I think she finds it fun to pick on me...I'm always singled out amongst my other pack mates...Matsuri...she scares me," Jasmine stated softly holding back a whimper.

Hearing him talk again about her apology made her blush. "Ah, I'm sorry..." Jasmine said only realizing that she said it again. A bright blush found it's way on her face. "Ah! F-Force of habit..." Jasmine stated looking to the ground now. Oh boy...she hoped she didn't anger this wish...Jasmine always seemed to be getting into trouble, making other mad or upset, tripping and falling, finding herself in dangerous situations (often pulled as pranks by Matsuri herself). Really it was a surprise she even survived this long.

Jasmine looked up at the thought of ignoring her. She was silent for a moment as if trying to think about it, "...Do you think that will actually work? What if she starts swiping at me? I can't really ignore something like that...it will hurt too much...and I'm no good with fights..." Jasmine muttered softly.

Her ears perked slightly when the wish asked for her name. Having found herself much calmer then before she finally stood once more, this time not resulting in her falling. She smiled slightly pleased that she didn't have to strain her neck to look back at the other. "It's Jasmine," she stated happily before noticing his stares. "Ah...umm...w-what about you...Y-Your name...that is..." Jasmine asked feeling shy all of the sudden. Her eyes flicked from the dirt on the ground to Angel's handsome form before her. "Ah..if you don't mind me asking of course..." Jasmine quickly added.

Jasmine didn't think telling her to stop and walking away would really stop Matsuri from picking on her. She didn't have the heart to tell him that though, after all his heart was in the right place. Besides...if it wasn't her that was getting picked on Matsuri would probably turn to someone else. If she had to sacrifice herself to save another then it didn't seem so bad. Still...she would rather Matsuri stopped all together, but like most of her other pack mates Matsuri was a stubborn one. Still just hearing him offer advice made things a little brighter. After all someone actually cared enough to give it.

Hearing him compliment her name made her smile happily. She was glad he liked it, of all her traits her name was one thing she took pride in. "Thank you," she stated happily her tail swishing in small circles, her self confidence rising a bit just from that single statement.

She blinked a bit as she watched the other blush and stutter out a name. Jasmine couldn't help but giggle slightly, though more out of happiness then mocking. "Angel...now that is a nice name," Jasmine commenting nodding her head lightly in approval. "I like it! It reminds me of the songs about guardian angels that protect people...though mine must be getting tired of me..." Jasmine admitted lightly, "I'm always seeming to get in trouble," Jasmine sighed.

Jasmine cocked her head slightly in thought. "I haven't found my guardian angel yet...yeah! That's probably it huh?" Jasmine said a bit more cheerfully. "Oh...but I'm not sure how to find one...and what if one doesn't find me...oh! I know! Since you're name is Angel why don't you be my Guardian Angel!" Jasmine grinned enthusiastically before realizing what she asked.

She blushed deeply and looked to the ground running her paw across some fallen petals. "That is...if you know...um...want to have me and all..." Jasmine added softly daring to glance up once more. "Y-You don't have to of course...I-I mean...I attract a lot of trouble...a-and I will understand if you don't want too..." Jasmine murmured starting to babble on due to nervousness.
