I like the violent/punk-like ripples or folds (or whatever you want to call them) on the hat... That sketchy style is pretty sweet, but I don't think it really matches the rest of the picture. The white stripes on the hat really don't match the hat's shape.
The hips and thighs look like... too big to be sexy, I think... it's more like an overweight person down there.
She's an amputee...?
Pretty good picture overall. I wish I could draw smooth lines the way you do.

Uh, like the one before me said, she looks bit like amputee now. There should be showing bit of her leg so it would give the feeling of amputee. And her tights are maybe bit too thick. But I love her hands. They seem really elegant and her boobs are drewn with talent. Allso you have beautiful soft style of CGing there. 3nodding
