RULES.
Please please PLEASE obey my rules. I really want this RP to be a success.
-No cybering. Keep things mild. I don't mind some scenes, but please DO NOT CYBER. Cybering = blacklisting.
-I am the god of this RP. You may not override my decisions.
-Do not kill anyone off without permission. Please PM when a charcter is killed so I can update the list.
-If you need to leave for a certain amount of time, please make a story to where your character goes away and will not have any current knowledge of what is happening at the time. That way, when you return, you will not have to know what happened and try to catch up.
-To own a shop, you must be a resident in a house or apartment. SHOPS DO NOT SELL REAL ITEMS. Shops are for RP purposes only.
-Have fun! I know I seem strict, but I really want a successful and fun RP for all Fallout enthusiasts.

CHARACTERS. This is a complete list of character profiles that have been accepted and are active. name: jackel owner: Leonardo Noir age: 23 weapons of choice: plasma rifle chinese assult riffle and 10mm sub machine gun hometown: _classified_ picture: nothing on record background: theres not much information on jackal beside that he came from a secret vault that an entire family bought just for them. jacks parents werent the vaults orignal ocupiants but thought a vault would be a great place to start a life...when they found away into the vault what they found killed them...at the time jack was 13 and he killed anything that came near him with his fathers gun from rad roaches to raiders the man is a damn near legend in the pitt and at point lookout its been told that he killed 129 swampfolk....word lately is that he is looking to start a settlement to protect name: Nicole Meehan owner: ninja_loren age: 19 [up to 3] weapon(s) of choice: Chinese Pistol; Plasma Grenades; Combat knife hometown: Rivet City picture:  background: Nicole's parents died when Nicole was very young, so she was taken care of by a friendly neighbor. She was forced to work her whole life, but she didn't mind, knowing she'd be wiser when she went out on her own. When she was 18, her caretaker was murdered and she was left to go out on the streets. She left Rivet City, wondering around on the wasteland from settlement to settlement, hoping to find a permanent home.

BACKGROUND STORY.
Finally! Done with the boring junk. Here is what the story for our RP is.
We all know the story of the Wastes. We all know how we got here.
Wits.
Charm.
Luck.
We may have done things we aren't precisely proud of. But we are alive.
A new city has been found within the barren wastes...This may damn well be the last hope. Many have fled from their safe havens to travel to a settlement not to far north from the legendary vault 101 for they have heard that a man that goes by the name of jackel has an idea for a better tomorrow.
This is tomorrow.
Lets just hope im right.

"Finally...its done.." jack sat down on a stack of old tires that were melted together looking at the town hall, sweat pouring down his chest and brow, the sun was setting over the mountains in the distance without a sound jack stood up and wiped the sweat out of his eyes and went over to this house. Three weeks of endless labor produced a small village; just under ten buildings in all...well now 11 with the "new" town hall but all jack cared about right now was getting some sleep with out raiders attacking and dystroying all of his hard work in the middle of the night. "Heh...even if they do ill kill them...hell if they don’t ill kill them hahha!" Jack bellowed out a hearty laugh before lying down on his makeshift cot then falling into a deep dreamless sleep.

Nicole was starting to get tired. She had traveled all day without finding a haven to rest. She had killed plenty of raiders and critters on the way to God knows where. She sighed, wiping the sweat from her brow. She looked around and saw a small village a bit North west from her so she headed that way. Maybe the people there were quite friendly and she'd find a place to stay.
When she entered, she found the place somewhat deserted, though she could hear a small snoring sound coming from one of the cottages. She decided to hide out under one of the buildings in a crevice, concealing herself quite efficiently. She would see who else was here in the morning, but for now, she let sleep overcome her, keeping her pistol close.

Liveing in the wastes all his life jack learned to wake up some time at night to check if he still had a leg or not. Awakeing from his deep sleap he decided to check the area noticed that one of the doors to the recently finished buildings was slightly open.he picked up a lead pipe from the ground and quietly walked into the building quickly seeing a young girl fast asleap clutching a pistol. ''Hey girl wake up..HEY get your a** up!!" jack yelled at the odd wastelander who wandered into his small empty town.

Nicole awoke quickly to the yelling. She held her pistol at the man who awoke her and she said, "Don't move or I'll shoot." She kept her pistol aimed at the man as she stood. She glared at him with her bright blue eyes and said, "I'm not looking for any trouble, just somewhere to rest for the night. I haven't slept in two days and this little town was the nearest place I could find. Now, if you promise to not attack me, I'll put my pistol down."
Nicole knew better than to trust the man, but she had to get him to at least be able to talk to her without being at gunpoint.

jack quickly held his hands in the air and dropped the pipe he had picked up knowing he was out gunned his dark eyes being matched by her blue eyes as she put away her fire arm he lowered his hands slowly. “Listen this here is my town as of now im the only one here. if you need a place to stay for the night that’s fine but im going to have to ask for that pea shooter of yours and any other ordinance you’ve got...your just a guest for now and don’t want you killing me in my sleep just yet." jack calmly held out his hands to take the girls backpack and help her up and move her to a better location.

Nicole threw the man her bag and handed him her pistol. She didn't like it, but hey, at least she had a place to stay for the night. And at least the guy was friendly. If he wasn't, he might have killed her in her sleep. While they were walking, she tried to make conversation, "So, Nice little establishment you have here. Did you build all of this yourself?"
Nicole looked up at the taller man. He wasn't much older than her. He looked like he was in his early twenties. He was rough looking, and had she not been armed when she saw him earlier, she probably would've been too terrified to speak.

jack caught the bag and took her firearm giveing a slight nod "yeah i built it here from some old places in springfeild and i even took some of vault 101 apart for the townhall...anyways that not important youll be bunking in the hut across me its not much yet but come back in a month and ill have it all set up and maybe a few people hanging around." jackel smiled as he led the stranger to the small house across from his you can stay as long as you want just make sure you tell me before you leave" he took the clip out of her pistol leaveing the bullet in the chamber "here its a compromise you can keep something if we get hit by raiders and i can trust you wont waste that on someone who shown you kindness...right?" jack held the oddly shaped pistol out towards her.

Nicole took her gun and said, "Thanks, and I won't shoot you." She looked around the small house. It had a small bed and a desk and a toilet. All she needed. Once the man left, she bolted the door and walked towards the desk. She set her stuff that she was allowed to keep on the desk and jumped readily into the bed.
'Sleep, finally,' Nicole thought as she got comfortable. Sleep met her easily, since she was so tired.

jack was supprised how quickly she locked the door..."how the hell am i supposed to trust someone whose name i dont know....damn it jack your getting soft...ehhgamehn...." jackel mumbled to himself as he walked back calmly to his home looking around at the town in the moonlight before heading off tobed hopeing the next morning would be abit less chaotic.

Nicole a woke the next morning feeling well rested. She hadn't got that much sleep since before she left Rivet City. It was quite early, but she was hungry.
Grabbing her things, Nicole walked outside, hoping to see the man. When she didn't see him immediately, she plopped down on the porch of her cottage and sighed, looking at her pistol. She wanted to hunt for some kind of critter that she could cook to eat, but she knew it would be dangerous with what little ammo she had. She decided it would be best to wait for the man to wake up.
