Below is the legal contract that shows Lord Anbux1 telling us farewell, even if only for a short while. I would like to take the time to mention that saying anything against Lord Velakar in this city is frowned upon, since he is our founder.

I Lord Velakar give temporary ownership of NHG Dark Elf City (Chel'el'Sussoloth) to Luca Cantellano. This agreement will last until I return to the guild, if banned again it this agreement will be back in effect.In my return he will be City Planner of the city, i will be founder.

I, Luca Cantellano, accept the honor of having temporary ownership of NHG Dark Elf City (Chel'el'Sussoloth) until the founder, Lord Velakar, has returned to station. I also accept the responsibilites of taking care of Chel'el'Sussoloth and keeping it an active, member-friendly RP City.
