This character has no eyebrows... is that intended? The eye sizes are too different, and the one to our left isn't really facing the right angle (the face's direction).

The head/hair looks pretty decent overall, but that body needs some real work. Most people don't go around with their shoulders held up stiffly (unless you wanted him to look awkward or surprised or something), the body's angle doesn't really match the head's angle (even if the head is turning back and looking over the shoulder, I think it seems off), the neck doesn't seem to be centered inbetween the shoulders, the body seems too small for the head... It's fine to give your characters big heads if you want to, but if you give them thick (normal) necks like that, it won't look good on a smaller body.
The body just seems to lack distinct shape overall and it doesn't seem like it's a part of the character.
