The year is 2374.
The United Federation of Planets is at war with the Dominion.
The Kingons have joined forces with the Federation against the Dominion.
The Cardassians have joined forces with the Dominion.
They have captured Deep Space Nine.
The only thing keeping the Alpha Quadrant from falling is the self-replicating minefield around the Bajoran wormhole to the Gamma Quadrant.
However, it is about to be destroyed.

United Federation of Planets:

Please choose a species from the Alpha or Beta Quadrant if you wish to be in Starfleet.

Starfleet officers must be over 21.
Enlisted personnel are okay but should be over 21.
Command officers should be 30 or older.

Note that Starfleet uses Naval ranks.
Uniforms for this time period are the ones shown in later seasons of Deep Space Nine, Star Trek First Contact, Star Trek Insurrection, and Star Trek Nemesis.

Romulans and Klingons are welcome to join and form their own ships.
Bajorans would be great too.

Enemies are also allowed and even encouraged to join.
This RP takes place during the Dominion War so Cardassians, Jem'Hadar, Vorta, Changelings, and Breen would be great.
