My past holds: insight to my experiences in life. I was born in a village that once existed near the city I live in now. It was small and poor, but it was happy. My life was innocent and free of true hardship throughout my entire youth, but when I reached the age of nineteen, the peace was destroyed. A group of extremely beautiful people came to my town and stayed for two nights. It was on the third night that they suddenly attacked, killing my family and turning those of us who were between ages 17 and 25. When my turning was complete, my attitude toward the destruction of my village was detached. I felt nothing of it, aside from missing my mother. I ran from those beautiful people and was taken in by another group of them who taught me everything about what I was. I spent the rest of my life up until around 20 years ago, wandering among cities. I found others with similar lifestyles to mine and we founded the factions that rule this place.

His bangs are chin-length, framing a lean face with high cheek-bones, a straight nose, and a strong chin. He has deep-set, dark red eyes that betray the pitiless rage within him. Two scars accent his visage: the first runs almost horizontally over his right eye, cutting through his eyebrow and just over the corner of his eye; the second, more noticeable, is a crudely-healed gash on his neck that crosses over his jugular in a zig-zag pattern. Both scars are partially hidden by his hair. His body is lean and muscular, and he is of average height and weight at 5 feet 9 inches tall and 163 pounds. His skin is a shade too pale and he occasionally paints his nails in random colors to amuse himself.
Bio: Kain was born and raised as a normal child until he was about eight-and-a-half years old. His parents were kind, loving people whom he doesn't remember. It just so happened that he was checked out of school by someone he had seen speaking with his father several times and had assumed was a friend. The man walked him out of the school, escorted him to a dark blue van, and promptly turned on him violently, knocking him out and putting him in the back. From that point, Kain was whisked away to the facility where he became the subject of several cruel experiments, along with the many other youths who were abducted; he only remembers bits and pieces of these events, though. After all was said and done, and the people had finished training him and the other victims to control their newfound powers, Kain and the other youths turned and attacked. He killed the largest number of scientists at the facility; his rage was so great that he simply let everything out, and his beast consumed part of his mind. Unable to stand the oppressive atmosphere created by the facility's metal walls, he fled and eventually made his 'home' in Louam. He got his scars from fights with other Forsaken beasts. To this day, he teeters on the edge of insanity, showing no control over the vicious creature that dwells within him.
Powers: In his demonic form, he harnesses the power over chaos and the ability to slow time. As a human, his power over chaos leaks out in the form of pure rage. Because his inner monster has caused him to go insane, it is nearly impossible to quell his anger until he's killed someone. If he's hurt during one of his rages, his body become impervious to pain--he still takes damage, bleeds, etcetera--and he will fight and struggle until he loses consciousness or until his rage passes.
Other: Kain is a very dark, gruesome individual. He keeps to himself on some days, but there are many occasions where he will wander out into the streets of the city at night simply to prey on whomever he might find walking alone in the dark. If he were completely sane, he'd be classified as a wolf, or a womanizer, but as that isn't so, he's more of a sadistic creep who prefers to prey on women. Kain is sarcastic in nature and finds humor in the least humorous places. Oddly enough, when he flies into one of his impervious rages, he seems to find it hilarious and will laugh incessantly, terrifying whomever it is he's assaulting.

Personality: Christian Belveder is what one might call the Awesome Mom. She's completely laid back and an overall positive person. It's a rare day when this woman loses her temper and you're lucky if you down lose an eye in the conflict (in all seriousness). She shows a lot of interest in the social lives of her daughters, but tries to lay low about it when finding out about their personal activities.

Bio: Christian moved her daughter the small college town shortly after the divorce between herself and her ex-husband. Because of huge conflicts, she wasn't able to gain custody of her son, but got a good sum money from the divorce as well as Rox and Koleyn. Christian kept her married name after the divorce to avoid the confusions of having a last name that is different from that of her daughters. Personality: Christian Belveder is what one might call the Awesome Mom. She's completely laid back and an overall positive person. It's a rare day when this woman loses her temper and you're lucky if you down lose an eye in the conflict (in all seriousness). Character Profile: Since the end of the Holy War of Halloween, this young stranger has been seen wandering the town of Barton, bearing the uncanny likeness of the Sentinel. The people of the town throw her wary, reverent looks when she appears, but none so much as dare to approach her. She seems to be overly cautious about any physical approach, sticking to the shadows in the day and wandering more freely at night when the streets are less crowded.
