Welcome to the Transfiguration class!
This is mostly where we will be practicing self transfiguration because I find it more interesting. But I'll through in some other transfiguration too to keep Professor Kasen happy.
So get ready to continue on your magically journey and remember not only are bringing pets allowed, it's encouraged!
(*yes, i know i had something more like the book before but foo foo to that)

Arianna calmly walked into the class, her kitten in cradled softly in her arms, sleeping. When she looked inside she found, to her surprise, that nobody has even set foot in the classroom yet.
'Either I'm really early or I'm really late...' Thinking logically she thinks that the best course of action would be to ask the Professor if class was let out or not. Arianna walks around the class in search for the Professor. While she walks around she also makes sure to look around the class for anything out of the ordinary. Being muggle born she was very new to what most of the wizarding world had to offer, so she takes whatever chance she can to look at things, maybe even poke something here and there.

Blaire pushed the door open and reajusted the bag on her shoulder.
"wow what a ghost zone." she said and spotted another Hufflepuff and waved. With quick light steps she sat down at the desk across the isle from her, just incase she had a friend comming in to sit odwn next to her.
"hey, What's up? I'm Blaire."

Arianna heard the door open again and she whips her head to spot the same Hufflepuff from Defense Against the Dark Arts. She gives a small, timid smile and waves back, seeing her sit not too far from her either.
"Hey...I'm Arianna, nice to meet you."
She replies in a clear, but timid voice. She wasn't one that was used to talking to strangers and when she usually does, she tends to have her voice squeak a bit. She prays that it didn't squeak when she talked though.
"You're..also the same person who made that howl noise in Defense Against the Dark Arts right?"
Arianna asks curiously, seeing as how everybody stared at her before, she assumed she was the perpetrator.

Blaire bit the right hand corner of her lip, her cheeks tinted with pink as she closed her bright blue eyes and grimanced.
"yeah, not one of the smartest things i've done." She shook her head. "i can't seem to get much right in these classes. hopefully this one will go better, i don't think i'll be charming any drawings anytime soon." she gave a meek smile and combed a lock of wavy brown hair behind her ears.
"why do you ask?"

Arianna just lets out a small laugh.
"Don't get me wrong, I'm not here to say you made a mistake or something. Actually I thought that was kind of cool!!"
She exclaims, noticing Blair's embarrassment.
"I'm a total newbie here at Hogwarts and..well the wizarding world in general actually...so I don't know how to do much of these things. Still, that was a really cool charm that you used. Did you learn that by yourself?"
Now she was starting to get a little enthusiastic about this. Thinking what kind of nifty stuff she could do if her doodles came to life, she would be entertained to see them move around and stuff, like a little kid would be at a new toy.

Gale poked his head into the classroom, looked around, sighed in relief, and found himself a seat near Arianna, "Hey there." he smiles at her, "You're the new first year, right?"

Arianna jumps a bit at the new student who just suddenly appeared next to her while she was talking to Blair.
"Oh..h..hello. Y-yeah I am. I'm..Arianna.." She squeaks out, her brain nearly whipping her face as she turns her head to see the new Ravenclaw in the class.
She has seen this boy before, he was in her Care of Magical Creatures class as well as her Defense Against the Dark Arts class. He seemed like the charismatic, outgoing type of boy who makes friends easily.
Maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to talk to him..he seems nice enough.

He holds his hand out to her, "My name is Gale, I'm a seventh year so, maybe I could help you out when things get too bad?"

Jev wanders in and looks around. He hasn't really seen ny of these guys and only heard Blaire before so he wondered if he was even in the right place.
"This is Transfiguration class right?"

Jade walked in the classroom and sat at a random seat. She looked around and saws some students mostly hufflepuffs. "Good thing I'm not late. Wouldn't want to be in trouble the first day. I'll wait my second day to get in trouble."

Fairly pleased that she doesn't seem to be late, Locclyn steps into the door of transfiguration and immediately sidles to one side to clear the door without actually having to head all the way in the room yet. She's probably second most excited about this class out of all the ones she's signed up to take.
She snickers as she sees a couple familiar faces and tugs down her right sleeve just a bit before smirking her way into the third row, second seat (just a bit behind one of the Hufflepuff girls already here) and perching cross-legged in her seat.
She twirled her wand in circles and occupied herself with gazing around the classroom... she really wanted to go touch stuff but preferred to at least attempt to act like a normal person...
"Hahaha!" she accidentally laughed out loud at her thought process... "Erm, sorry... normal person, funny. Erm.. Hey, still getting used to this place, I hate being late and so far this is the only class I've succeeded in. I'm Locclyn, Ravenclaw.. well, obviously." She pulls her light Ravenclaw scarf through her fingers.

Jade snickered at Locclyn's outburst. "Real smooth Locclyn. Usually ravenclaws are quiet but everyones got their quirks." Jade laughed. Jade leaned on her chair smirking.

Definitely not used to being the one snickered at instead of doing the snickering, Locclyn took stock of the Slytherin's demeanor and decided to answer, smiling she said fairly quietly, "I happen to like my quirks, they've served me well. Hmm, and what are your quirks...?" Locclyn let the sentence trail off clearly prompting for a name and still on the fence as to her opinion of the new arrival.
