09 was my high school graduation year, as well as the year i started college. Naturally it was very exciting. There were a lot of lasts, and a lot of firsts. This year also put out some wonderful movies: Coraline, Up, Astroboy, and the Soloist.
For the new year, I plan to watch what i say more. Online it's not so much a problem since it takes time to type things and I can choose my words carefully, but in real life I tend to say things that hurt others without meaning to. Perhaps a more relevant resolution will be to not shirk on my projects. I will get requests done in a timely manner, and not be lazy about things. I hope. Probably not going to happen, but i can dream. I can dream.

09 ill miss you! this year i moved and had to say good bye to alot of good friends but i was able to make more friends then ever! my art improved just about every month even if it was something small. i kept in contact with some of my best friends and online friends it really helped over the summer when i had no one to talk too. over all it has been a good year!
in 010 i hope to become nicer (i can be a tad violent but playfully X3) and i always strive to make my art better ill try to bring up my grades in math too XD. i know this summer i will have to move again and i will miss my friends but ill have to remind my self that there will be more ( meaning ill try not to cry X3 ) and i guess thats all! bye 09! best of luck to you all biggrin

*Breaks into tears* Noo! Don't leave us 2009! I heard bad things about 2010!
2009 has been the worst year of my high school life. I failed all my exams, didn't get any A's in my half yearly and yearly report card. D:>

09 was a year of life wasted with a lack of regret.
To the well wasted times we shared as friends and as a family.
Learn towards a new year of clarity.

resolving to become less of a comp addict and to stop making people lose the game.

For this guild, I'm gonna try to make more events. More contests and games and critiques and stuff. Problem is, I'm a very uninventive person and discussions only work if people participate, so i'm counting on all of you to help with ideas and input! : D

Ah, the year of 09. Of coarse I will miss it because it was the year I graduated high school. I've left a lot of my best friends behind, but with the aid of the internet, its not a problem to stay connected. Also, when leaving to college, life takes a new appearance to me. Everything seems to be bigger, and more fragile.
I have bigger expectations for 2010. I hope to finally get a job, or even better, an internship. I already have a company in mind, so what I need now is to develop the intellect and skills to be able to take that next step towards my dreams. So goodbye 2009, and hello 2010.
