This is a character i was thinking bout adding to a manga of mine...so any comment is well noted
also this is an imcomplete work im still think on doing the hair shading >.<

Yeah, you need to face drawing hands head on with guts! You should never try to avoid drawing them. Well, maybe it was a coincidence this time.
She seems short... which you probably intended since she's wearing platform shoes or whatever. Maybe seems a bit thick...

Like broken_bleeding_angel said, that arm doesn't seem connected to the shoulder. It looks like there's a space inbetween them (intended?) At first, I didn't notice that her right arm (our left) had those black sleeves... Maybe that sleeve should be a little longer, and maybe some wrinkles could show since it might be affected by the wind that's moving the thing around her arm... and that arm looks a bit lower than where it should be.
The thing wrapped around her arm could maybe flow a little bit better... like, give it smoother edges. It looks like it makes sharp turns.

The eyes are different sizes. I'd say they should be placed a bit farther apart or maybe be smaller, but that's mostly just personal preference.

Overall looks pretty good.
