-I think the biggest problem is that her shoulders appear to be very wide. Compared to most of her body, it looks like her hips are meant to be kinda big. The shoulders should only be around as wide as the hips.
-The fur looks spikey instead of soft... You should try to use curved lines instead of straight lines. Also, the fur doesn't seem to be wrapping around; you should show some of the fur behind her body.
-The right half of her body (our right) looks weird... mostly around the chest area. It looks like it's on a front view, but she isn't on a front view. I'd have kept that more in line with her stomach. With that, the shoulder/arm to our right would need to be moved over to the left a lot (putting it in line with the hips).
-Is that her ear? One line doesn't connect, so I'm not too sure... about the ear or if the hair is meant to be in front of it or whatever.
-The shine (?) on her hair looks weird... I think it would look more in place if she had dark hair, but she doesn't. I'd personally just exclude the shine.
-Those lines around her belly just seem unnecessary to me. I'm not sure what they're supposed to be, but her skin wouldn't be stretched so much that it shows like that.
-Her bangs (or "fringe" as some call it) seem kinda... plain. They could use more detail and distinct shape.
I like the general shape of the clothes (aside from the way the fur was done), I like the hips, and I think the thighs are alright (but could use a little work).
