Depends on the party.
If its one where you're staying at someones house and it ends at 2 or 3 in the morning I go to sleep then when I wake up I go home.
But if its a family members b-day party I either go home or, if its not too late, I go out for a bit with my friends then I go home (:
So no matter what you always end up going home...hmm guess after a party I just go home then. XD
