Terrrruhfied Says:Terrrruhfied Says:I believe that it is time to fix up the guild. I would like to hear the members opinions/ideas. I want rename, and reorganize the guild. I don't think it is just a House of Night guild now. It is so much more, and I think we could get more members by changing things up.
I want feed back, and opinions!

you are right it is so much more than the House of Night guild. It is also the Vampire Academy/Night World guild as well but thats too long. I am very uncreative at guild names but i will try to help with the guild as much as i can. I am building a new roleplay just for the members of this guild it will take a while but i will make it.

Although personally I'd prefer it to stay a House of Night guild--because that's why I joined and I don't read the other series mentioned and almost all the topics are HoN-related--If you want to make it something about 3 series, you might want to seperate the forums into seperate sections: one for each fandom. If possible, then create subforums for each. If not, then you just have to do the three main forums.
The thing with making it a fandom for exclusively 3 vampire series, as opposed to all vampire-related series or one specific vampire-fiction novel, is that people join a guild for the sole purpose of sharing a SPECIFIC intrest. If you make a vampire-lit guild, you'll get millions of people talking about a different series, and the possibility that you'll find two people who joined because of the same series will be low. The benefit of that is that people can discuss traits of vampires in different novels, writing styles, ect. If you make a fandom to cater to the needs of 3 different fandoms, it will, of course, be more specific, but if people reading one book despise another book in the same guild, there will be infighting--which is something no one wants. (For example, I am president of Literary Club at my school. We were thinking of reading a vampire-lit novel for October. One person in my club suggested Twilight. Every other member got angry and rebuked her. No one in Lit Club likes Twilight, but they all like Cirque du Freak. The one girl who likes Twilight hates Cirque du Freak, same as every other Twilight-reading girl in school. We no longer read vampire-lit in Lit. Club, be it Cirque du Freak, Twilight, or otherwise. Also, that one girl skipped coming to club for three weeks. I had to go seek her out and explain that everything is fine and that no one hates her.)
Personally, I'd like to keep it HoN-exclusive--and if you think it's better that way, you can add another few forums for other, non-specific, vampire literature. If it becames a multi-fandom thing, I expect I wont be as active.
BUT, that's just my two cents. Do with it what you will.

if we tried to do that purple then we would need a lot more work on the guild crew to try and keep track of everything. i don't know if we have enough crew members to do that I believe that a good name for the guild would be "The Paranormal Life" since everything in the guild is paranormal. I think we should have a sub-forum made for each series. And when someone is applying, they must state which sub-forum they are going to definitely join that way we can keep track and make sure they post. I think the main Sub-Forum should still be HoN because that is the biggest RP but other than that, my above stated changes could work to they advantage of the whole guild.
{{{We Need should have a 5 day non-post termination}}}

I think that I have decided to leave it be... I like that it is a House of Night Guild, and I think it is fine the way that it is. I think I will just clean it up.
