This is the worst event ever, for the first few days there was none stop spam in bastok and no body would shout saying they had the card i needed. Now i come today there is absolutly no one in bastok. Now it seems impossible to get the robs for me. Mybe ill just try another city.

Incase you dont know how to get the Dream Hat +1

1. Buy a Hat.
2. Buy a tree(put in MH).
3. Find the smile bringer.
4a. Trade 'kiddie presents' to a child(hat must be worn).
4b. Trade fireworks that you get from event moogle to children(hat must be worn)
5. Rinse and Repeat steps 3-4 a few times.
6. Check home town MH after japanese server reset.
7. Volia you got a +1 hat.

First go to one of the new moogles in the city

Locations are:

South San D'oria
near AH (Auction House)
North San D'oria
in front of the west gate leading to West Ronfaure
Port San D'oria

Second:

When you tell this moogle
it i will inform you about the
"starlight celebration"

and how adventurers are out on quest and mission

and if you can help hand out
cards

Third when the conversion is over the moogle will give u a card

Rigel, Pidelaside, Pitas, Sparta
(names are not exactly as seen in game)

and here is where the fun comes in

The card is for a specific job and level

and here is where must new ppl have confusion
with tons of ppl shouting "{Can I Have It}" or "{You Can Have This}"

when your card is for a RDM30

give it to a RDM30
who then gives it to the moogle for a item

"Sparkiling Hands"
another unless item unless you're on boardway

When you give the moogle four cards you get the

"Dream Robe"

exactly when YOU GIVE FOUR CARDS TO THE MOOGLE

So in summary it could take you 15 minutes if you get the cards, by luck, of your character or get nice ppl to trade you the card. But with about 100 ppl doing this you got a lot of /shout" "

but can receiev multiple cards a day
