A large and beautifully crafted structure, the capitol building radiates solemnness. The corridors are all high, their tops shadowed. If one is lucky, one may glimpse the minister in his robe and steepled hat moving through the building. The lower levels are where most of the business takes place in the building, and is home to a guard station and a food court. Every floor has a lounge, a lazy place where one may nap during breaks or just sit and think.
