BATTLE STATS

Quote:

If your Pokemon's level is 15 more than the opponent's you win.
If your Pokemon's level matches the opponent's: Roll a 5 or higher
If your Pokemon's level is under 5 less the opponent's: Roll a 6 or higher
If your Pokemon's level is 5 less than the opponent's: Roll a 10 or higher
If your Pokemon's level is 10 less than the opponent's: Roll a 15 or higher
anything below 15 levels beneath you opponent loses automatically.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES!!!

SOME POKEMON TYPES HAVE ADVANTAGES OVER OTHER TYPES

THESE ARE:
WATER>FIRE
GRASS>WATER
FIRE>GRASS
WATER>ROCK
ROCK>ELECTRIC
ELECTRIC>WATER

THOSE ARE THE ONLY ONES WE WILL USE. NO OTHERS
If your Pokemon has the advantage over another type you may add TWO POINTS to your dice roll AGAINST IT IN BATTLE. Make sure to make a note of this in you battle post.

LIKEWISE if your Pokemon is WEAK to the opposing Pokemon subtract Two from your roll.

LEVELING UP

Quote:

Pokemon UNDER level 20 will level up after winning TWO battles.
You are expected to keep track of this yourself.

Pokemon OVER level 20 will gain a level every THREE wins.

Pokemon Over lever 40 will gain a level every FOUR wins.

Pokemon Over lever 60 will gain a level every FIVE wins.

Pokemon Over lever 80 will gain a level every SIX wins.

A WIN is a defeat over a SINGLE pokemon. So beating a trainer with three Pokemon means three wins

There is no switching Pokemon Mid Battle. The only way a Pokemon can leave a battle is by fainting.

YOUR POKEMON'S HP

At level 1 a Pokemon has 4 HP
For every level gained it will get 2 more HP.
This is a constant. Unless you use a special item no pokemon will have more or less HP than another at the same level.

Therefore

Quote:

Level 1: 4 HP
Level 2: 6 HP
Level 3: 8 HP
Level 4: 10 HP
Level 5: 12 HP
AND SO ON

One of our users went a made a useful equrion to keep track of Pokemon HP!

2(x-1) + 4 = Current HP of Pokemon
with x = level of pokemon
Lv 1 = 4hp ((Since when you put 1 in for x, it doesn't really work.))
