Lately I've been really into cooking and baking
so tomorrow I'm going to try and make a special holiday dinner
I was thinking swedish meatballs, artichoke dip, and a snowball cake with some apple cider
anyone else doing anything fun?

I wish. I would LOVE to make a dinner like that. But guess what. On Christmas I have to make a 20 something pound turkey for ONE person, because she wants it. (*glares at aunt behind her back*) I wanted to wait and freeze it until my family (of 5) could come out and eat it with us, but no.
I wanted to make a nice grilled salmon dinner, basted in lemon sauce with a variety of light side dishes.
But no.
I'm makin a ******** turkey. So I'm going to go on strike after I make it and just drink water that day. = _ = Because I hate turkey.
^ u ^ Baking and cooking is so much fun though. I love seeing the expressions on people's faces when I make them things that taste good.

So far I've decorated a pre-made gingerbread house, baked
gingerbread men & snowflakes, baked white chocolate macadamia
nut cookies, helped D with his Death by Chocolate dessert, then
tonight I have to make Deviled Eggs and
then pancakes for breakfast Christmas morning! ^_^
