I have read over hundreds of mangas but the best for me is Complex by Manda Ringo (its about chilldhood friends who grew up 2gether and their challenges in life)
If ever you decide to read this manga, I suggest to prepare a tissue paper because this is very emotional specially in the last chapter.
I would also recommend:
- cute beast (its a collection of one shots)
- dear myself (its about a guy who lost his memories)
- junjou romantica (long story but definitely worth it)
- love prism (this is hard yaoi and when I say hard I mean super-duper hard)
- nee, sensei (the first manga I owned and I have to say, that sensei is really cute since he's the uke)

SingingNight i just read gravitation megamix *hehe* it's sooooo yummy Was it Panda or Kumagorou? In general, the Gravitation Remixes are all so yummy! And vivdily detailed! They're my second favorite. whee Gravitation would be my favorite since it was my first shonen-ai manga I read. I recommend reading Love Mode (another personal favorite). It's like Junjo Romantica but with old school artwork. It's kinda long (11 volumes) but it's a good read.

CUT, Kitsune no Tama Yobai (and all of it's side stories), Tsuki ni Ookami, Puchi Puri, and, of course, Junjou Romantica.
not a ***** Puri only has 2 chapters released and so far it's only been shounen ai, but OH MY GOD I D'AWWWW'D SO HARD.
EDIT: Apparently Puchi Puri is only shounen ai, not a yaoi. (I don't mind though, 'cause it's cute)

I recently begin to read Junjou Romantica, but I stopped for no apparent reason. I'll have to continue on it, it was good. I read the first volume of Acid Flower, then had to put it down. Sadly, not my style. Don't even get me started on the plot. -shudders-
